Happy 35th Birthday, Ashley Rose 🌹
Being your mom has been one of God’s greatest gifts!! I am so humbled He chose me for this dream job - How can it be 35 years since we brought you home? It feels like yesterday - and yet so much amazingly beautiful life has been lived in those years. Oh the blessings & the joy & hard & the laughs & the tears & the songs & the dances & the shows & the adventures we’ve shared…the memories we’ve made…and now we get to keep on making with your precious crew! What a treasure to get raise a daughter who becomes your best friend! 💗We are so proud of the home you are creating for your fam wherever this winding road of ⚾️ takes you. You adapt to change & are their constant…their calm & comfort thru it all. You were gifted for this life, but it doesn’t make it any easier. Jimmy, I love adventuring thru life with you by my side! You are the absolute best Grampy, daddy & hubby…watching you with the grands is really the sweetest thing in life. They adore you & you just make life better for all of us when you’re around. Thank you for your hard work, your integrity, your faith, your absolute encompassing love for your family - every single person feels special & confident of your love for them because you are intentional about showing it - and most importantly showing up at life’s most important moments & making the mundane ones feel more fun…and snuggly, “Grandpa Mattress”. And another one celebrated at the ballpark & I know you wouldn’t want it any other way!! You are daddy & the Hillcats biggest fan & today they made your day extra special…Jumbotron shout-out, birthday tunnel, first pitch, lineup card with the umps, on field game, the traditional ice cream treats for your players & even serenaded the guys!! What a day, bubs!! I hope it brought you as much joy as you bring others. I admire your huge heart, helping hand for your mama & encouraging spirit - you are compassionate & kind, especially to “your girls” - Laney, Scoutie & Hankie 🩷 yet you are a fierce competitor, always giving it 💯; driven & determined, you will practice something over & over & over again until you achieve it - I respect that, it will serve you well. I love the passion with which you live your life - all in, with so much enthusiasm! It’s contagious! The way you worship with abandon & share your love for Jesus - nothing matters more!
