Chasing joy, one ice dip at a time with my favorite people!
🧊
There’s something special about sharing the thrill of the ice with friends who get it — the rush, the laughter, and the sense of freedom.
🧊💙
Here’s to embracing the cold, together. Who’s with us?

It takes one hard-core and unshakable ice dipper to look this relaxed in an ice bath. Kudos @momminott 🙌! Photo by @laurieswope by @momminott

Today's Daily Dip— And yes, we did bring an umbrella to the dip.☔ It was raining, after all. 🌧️ Closing out a month full of dips, looking forward to what February brings.

🧊🪓 Another great dip with the @diamonddippers and friends! These #icefluencers are weather tested, and you'd have to be in weather conditions such as those today. ☁️ Feels like 10°F / Pond 33°F 🥶🧊 — Thanks @semper.drone for the epic footage & laughs.
