Last weekend my husband got his doctor's clearance to go back to road biking.
He hasn't been able to ride a road bike for about 3 months, so he will be recovering his strength while doing rehabilitation for a while.

Thank you for caring about him🙏

◇
Today was the last sunny day, so I went cherry blossom viewing🌸
The fluttering petals were truly beautiful👌
Tomorrow’s rain will probably bring down most of the blossoms.
But there are still many varieties of cherry trees yet to bloom🙌
The double-flowered cherries have finally started to open☺️
Have a lovely weekend🥳

Japan has entered the rainy season, but we’re still experiencing scorching hot days, to the point where we have to worry about heatstroke 🥵
It looks like the typical rainy-season weather won’t arrive until next week ☔️
I hope everyone is enjoying a comfortable and safe cycling life 😊🚴‍♂️

The typhoon has passed, but the weather is still cloudy☁️
Come to think of it, the rainy season has officially started in my city🤦‍♀️
A rather unpleasant season has arrived💧
More rain is expected tomorrow ☔️
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend🥰⁡

まだ5月なのに真夏のような熱気🥵
みんな熱中症に気をつけて💦
雨が降らない🫠
◇
Even though it’s still May, it already feels like midsummer 🥵
Everyone, stay hydrated and be careful of heatstroke💧‬
There hasn’t been much rain, and we’re facing a serious water shortage.
Wildfires are also breaking out because of the heat🔥

Japan is in a long 12-day holiday period from last week through next weekend👌
Due to the weak economy, many people seem to be staying home and relaxing without plans.
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend🐶❣️

⁡Today felt like a summer day with pleasantly high temperatures.
There was a light breeze, but the weather was absolutely wonderful.☀️☺️
The iconic Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms, which represent Japan, were washed away by the rain.
But in their place, the Yaezakura (double-flowered cherry blossoms) have started to bloom🌸
I absolutely love Yaezakura — they have so many more petals than regular cherry blossoms and their vibrant pink color is just gorgeous🩷🥰👍
⁡
Have a wonderful weekend🙌
