I’m pretty sure I weigh about the same but like. MY ATTITUDE HAS CHANGED. YOU CAN SEE IT ON MY FACE. I went from hating waking up to loving cleaning the bathroom. It’s all about perspective and I keep forgetting that. Do daily things to help practice gratitude. Once you stay grateful you’ll stay happy 🥰❤️

⛈There is a rainbow after the storm 🌈

Today I realized that it’s an everyday struggle.
Today I realized it will be worth it.
Today I realized you have to look back in order to feel good sometimes.
Today I took back my self dignity.
Today I took back my self worth.

I can’t keep beating myself up. Who’s that helping? Nobody. The grey clouds and sideways smile says it all. I’ve been longing for the picture on the right to become a “reality” but your reality is what you make it. 2 summers ago my expectations disappointed me with the outcome of photos (reality), but I manifested the new reality wanted. I seem to forget how easy it is to fall back into daily routines to loose sight of your progress. You can’t be so hard on yourself all the time. You are your own bestfriend 🖤
