2024 vs 2026.

In 2024 I trained 5–6 times a week. I could put the gym first, spend as much time as I needed to finish my sessions, control every part of my diet to ensure I hit all the macros to fuel myself correctly, sleep well and rest properly.

Now, with my daughter, I train 3–4 times a week, and some weeks not at all. My sessions might only be 30 minutes long if my daughter is hating on the creche. I sleep less, and my eating changes from day to day because some days I just don’t care as much and my body wants more chocolate than anything else lol.

I am still showing up and getting in what I can, and I am proud of that.

I say this to my clients all the time, and I am living it now: progress does not need perfect conditions. It needs you to keep showing up as life changes. Always be kind to yourself, and aim for a balanced lifestyle however that looks like for you ✌🏾 by @mon1qu3maree

✨ 2025 ✨
The best year yet!
I brought my mini me into the world,
I partied with MK,
I travelled around Europe with my family,
I spent quality time with my friends,
I partied some more,
I felt like me again,

This is what it’s all about for me 🫶🏽
