These two are my FAVOURITE combinations to get in a career, life and business/finance reading hell even a love reading. And listen, it looks SCARY because the tower is a scary card with scary implications and the empress being there with it feels confusing but it makes more sense than you think it does. The tower is necessary for old and sickened structures to fall and the empress is the nurturing energy that comes after.

Maybe people in your family have been following structures and beliefs that have genuinely run its course, heck maybe even you were subjected to it to for years and the pattern seemed to just keep going on and on and on but you’re the person that changes absolutely everything. YOURE where the bloodline starts. Of course, tarot has many different interpretations and your could vary do you agree?

Sometimes some combinations make you scared of the person you’re reading for because of how heightened their intuition is and this is one of those. The queen of swords and high priestess is one of the most amazing card pulls in my genuine opinion. You are probably the kind of person that feels the truth and you accept it instead of butting heads which I think is a very sought after trait and not something many people can say they have. I honestly think this is like the most fuck boy repellent on the planet. If you’re one of those lucky people that get this I’m so envious of you. Do you agree? Tarot can have many different interpretations so I’m curious to know.

There are some combinations where the answer isn’t just “yes there’s somebody else” it’s way deeper and nuanced than that and this is one of those combinations I DESPISEEEEEEEE. If you pull these cards out for your SP not only should you tread with caution but you should also put you thinking hat on because that guy is probably using his charm to play you like a fiddle and I hate to say it but girl you’re probably falling for it. The 7 of cups is illusions and the magician reversed is somebody KNOWING they have charm and using it to trick you. We’re smarter than that, let’s be more discerning here. Of course, tarot has many different interpolations so mine could be different. Do you agree?

I would rather get the tower and the 10 of swords for the rest of my life than ever get the sun reversed. I genuinely get fear running through my veins everytime I even THINK of it. Atleast with the 10 of swords and the tower you KNOW that something that needed to genuinely collapse and end is coming to a closure and although it will be chaotic and painful you’ll be able to recover and land on your feet because of the light in the distance but the sun is that light REVERSED. Imagine the light you’re relying on not rising and when it does come it BURNS you, that’s the sun reversed. There are only a very handful of times I’ve gotten the sun reversed and I would not wish this reversal on even my worst enemy like girl, there’s no way. Of course, tarot has many different interpretations so what do you think? Do you agree?

HOT HOT HOTTT take: the 3 of swords is actually not the worst thing you can pull from the deck, STOP treating it like a bad omen. It could be the card that can FINALLY set you free. Yes, it represents heartbreak and disappointment but that doesn’t mean it’s a “bad” card because there simply aren’t any “bad” cards in tarot there’s too much nuance. The 3 of swords could be the line between uncertainty and certainty for you. It could be the reason why you stop living in delusion and actually are confronted with the truth so you can be set free. Do you agree? Of course tarot has very many different interpretations but what do you think?

Unpopular opinion: the knight of cups does mean emotional unavailable ness but I think a lot of people think it means that in a blanket which it usually doesn’t. The person at hand most likely DOES have time, they DO have emotional space it’s just….youre not the one occupying it…which I know sounds really harsh but it is the truth a lot of you need most of the time. It’s not that your person is emotionally incompetent or inept no they’re fully aware of their actions and what they’re putting you through they kinda sorta probably just don’t care my love. A hard interpretation but I think it’s a more nuanced one. Of course tarot always have different meanings depending on the cards around, do you agree?

BURNING take: the ten of pentacles is one of the loneliest cards of the deck. It’s a card of legacy, wealth and foundation but it’s also a card of somebody being lonely at the top. A lot of people tend to ignore the artwork in tarot cards and deem it not important but they’re holistically incredibly important to interpret and if you look closely at the 10 of pentacles you’ll see every single person (except one) is looking away. Often times you’re the person building the family, legacy and foundation but that doesn’t guarantee closeness. Maybe you become so insanely busy with your work you forget to check in or forget to talk or forget to attend events. There’s no doubt that you’ll probably be providing a lot of people with comfort butttttt it also does indicate you might end up sleeping in the bed alone. Of course, tarot has its own interpretations and things can change depending on the cards around it, do you agree?

Ranking the cards by how much therapy they need without context. The hermit needs to be isolated for a year, the devil can’t change, two of cups are lowkey going to therapy for no reason, the fools version of therapy is booking a plane ticket to god knows where and the emperor would rather walk on open flame than not pretend that everything is fine. Do you agree? Or is your favourite on the list :p (ps if it is don’t flame me).

Often times, it’s not the product I regret but how quickly I believed my own excuse to buy it.

Every element sign has a specific excuse and girl I am TIRED of pretending water signs are the only impulsive ones!!!

Tell me your Venus in the comments and tell me what it made you get.

Follow before I do your rising sign ;p

Unpopular opinion: the hermit is one of the most toxic cards to get in a love reading or a relationship reading. It is branded with this identity of inner work, self reflection and wisdom but do you really think your 20 year old situationship is doing that? Sure, sometimes I don’t doubt it but more often than not it truly is just a card for somebody that is avoiding you because they’re too scared of hurting your feelings by letting you know they’re not into you OR they just can’t confront their own mind. The hermit only works when somebody has enough self awareness and a lot of you have situations ups and heck even MARRIAGES that barely acknowledge when they mess up. If you get this card in a love reading, take it as a sign to focus on yourself instead of wondering if he’ll be back. And Like I always say, tarot has so many different interpretations so yours may. Do you agree?

The star card makes me think of ain’t in LA by Adela. If you keep receiving the star card, you’ve already been through the worse and the deck is BEGGING you to have hope and faith in you. Youve probably done the hard work and learnt your lessons, of course not everything is happy and dandy all of a sudden but youre out of the worst of it. You don’t need to run away tonight cause the baddest b*tches TRULY aren’t in LA. Please have faith in yourself, in your work and the universe. You’re going to receive so much you’ll barely even be able to handle it. I trust you baby, you’re literally destinys child please ACT like it.

The reason why your makeup feels odd is because you think you can control it and you keep chasing trends but the truth is your makeup will start improving when you start focusing on three signs. Your Venus, rising AND moon. This is part one of the series, the Venus signs.

Comment your Venus sign for specific details. Save for when you need your next makeup recommendation and share with your shopping buddy.
