I was SOO TERRIFIED of carving/pumping in bowls and pump tracks backwards. @jammalynnflower gave me some amazing tips over a year ago that I didn’t really start putting into practice until recently. 😅 but omg this SMOOOOOOTH pump track in Ogden UNLOCKED that fear in my brain and now I can do the full loop! I’ve been on a plateau in my skating for quite a while now so getting to be proud of myself for unlocking something new feels amazing! 💖💖💖 📹 - @livvyskates taken in George Moss Park by @mona.stoke

✨💖This weekend was incredible! 🪩✨
Thankyou so much @biggiesrr for having us, and thankyou @livvyskates for bringing us all together to work amazing events like this! 🛼
Something about the Barbie theme in particular felt extra special this time. Not sure if it was conveyed enough in our content but we were saying “Hey Barbie!” “Hey Ken!” To EVERYONE! And smiling bright and waving big and exaggerated. That high energy being matched throughout the days was exhilarating and filled my heart. Of course the kids all loved us and were so sweet and fun to skate with. So many moments where we could see the rollerskating obsession building for those kids 💖🛼
But there’s something about waving and shouting “Hey Barbie!” or “Hey! It’s Ken! Hi Ken!” across the plaza to someone, who then looks around and then points at themselves “me?” And I point and go “Yes! You! You look fabulous today!” And they blush and smile and respond “Thanks Barbie!” Back to me. Just gives me the warm fuzzies inside. And reaffirms for me how easy it is to make strangers smile. And how easy it is to actually break down that stranger wall in social situations and all feel included in the party! Like we all have it in us to have main character energy in Barbie Land! And wow, It reeeeeally felt like we were actually IN Barbie Land! Unforgettable experience truly! Can’t wait to see where my skates take me next! by @mona.stoke
