Tennis? Art? …Why not both?

Da, wo Linien den Rahmen geben, aber Emotionen alles sprengen. Der Tennisplatz ist mein Rückzugsort. Und mein größter Gegner, wenn der erste Doppelfehler kommt 🎾🫠

Today we celebrate the work of our newest Loupe Artist, MonaMour Art (@monamour_art)

Creativity has always been a part of MonaMour’s work and she found her artistic voice through acrylic painting. After exploring abstract compositions, she immersed herself in the sport of Tennis, which opened up her work and inspired new directions.

MonaMour creates contemporary mixed-media art that combines minimalism and sculptural elements. by @monamour_art

How excited are we for the @usopen to startttt? 🔥

Inspired by the US Open colors, New York energy and the geometry of the court 🎾🗽

PRESSURE IS A PRIVILEGE | 20×40 cm | mixed media on canvas

The iconic quote by @billiejeanking, seen by players as they walk onto court at Arthur Ashe Stadium during the @usopen.

A no-brainer that these words had to find their way onto one of my canvases.

To me, “pressure is a privilege” is a reminder that pressure usually means you’re standing somewhere you once wanted to be. That expectations, nerves and intensity often come with having something worth showing up for.

On court, on canvas, and pretty much everywhere in between. 🎾🎨 by @monamour_art

The hardest part isn’t creating.

It’s letting go.

Every artwork leaves my studio carrying a little piece of me, and starts a new chapter in someone else’s home.💛

Do you get attached to the things you create? by @monamour_art
