💖Self Care💖 Almost 5 years ago my cousin took his life to depression. That changed a lot of us in the family to be better people to the world cause you don’t know what’s happened to them and he wanted us to be like that. When Covid happen I started to party and with that came a lot of mistakes in the the mix I lost myself I put what my cousin wanted and what I wanted behind me and did things I would never of done before and never wanted to do but then came 2023 I had to get a bad awakening in order to get back where I left off. Everything happens for a reason even if it’s bad. I probably wouldn’t of found myself again if it didn’t happen. The great thing that has happen is I can truly say I love myself more then ever before. It’s true what they say you have to learn yourself spend time with yourself do things you normally wouldn’t do alone. I’ve been doing that and learning and loving myself . Today I worked went to get dinner after and took myself to the movies and I had a great time . I caught myself smiling as I’m walking and singing where the person walking next to me can hear me . #selfcare #learnyourself PS working out and eating great helped me in my journey as well. ❤️💛💚ONELOVE❤️💛💚 by @monapom
