As a mom of 4 I always think the question what are your hobbies is funny! I have been kinda busy the last 19 years to have a “hobby”. This weekend when my kids were talking about having the best time ever I realized my hobby, watching my kids have fun. I love nothing more than hearing, best night ever! This weekend was one big best night ever for all that live at home. Our Aggie also had a fun weekend, just not with us. A funny was our house getting toilet papered on Saturday night. A friend told me it was happening and I was so confused as all the kids were at after parties from the dance. That friend said, i think it’s 6 graders! Looks like we have entered a new stage with AB! I will be spending my days enjoying my hobby of watching kids have fun in all the things. Even in cleaning up toilet paper! by @monicahead3

Freshman HOCO for Allison was amazing! With our HOCO so early these sweet freshman started high school day 1 with pressure to think about this event. It was a crazy way to start high school. All things fell into place, groups formed and here we are with it all over. Allisons date was her friend Lucas. This was fun for their older sisters as they were high school buddies. The kids all loved being together and had the best time ever! The dance was amazing. You know it’s a good time when Allison puts her hair up to dance. My favorite story was the kids having the party bus stop at Whataburger on the way to the after party. Smart move! This was a fun weekend to experience and watch Allison enjoy. by @monicahead3

Junior HOCO: Spencer has the greatest friends. There is a core group here that have always stuck together. It has been the sweetest. Junior year with buddy Peyton was great. The only thing I don’t have pictures of is the dance. I hear it was one of the best dances. Kids had a great time and made great memories. ❤️ by @monicahead3

Quick day trip to College Station. The siblings needed to see where Annie lives now. (Aric is hunting) Funny how quickly all kids snap back into their typical family roles when together. I am ready for Christmas break, but so love where my girl is. by @monicahead3

My Annie ran home to her #1, Theta. This is what she wanted and it could not be more perfect. Such a great group of girls. We are all smiles tonight and thankful for our ending! by @monicahead3

Football is back! I love watching Spencer play. He is the center and I like to take credit for his greatness. When he was a 7th grader and assigned this role, we would practice in our front living room. I taught him everything I know and that is not much!😂 His first varsity start was fun to watch. Now what was not fun was watching our cheerleaders without my favorite cheerleader. The lasts are always such a big deal, but the firsts without your kid present actually hurt more. I have never cried so much at a football game. Thankful my friends showed up and distracted me from my sadness. I am soaking every mom moment up I can these next few years. ❤️ Love my 63! by @monicahead3

Hello football season! We had our first scrimmage tonight and I hardly survived sitting in the stands melting in the sun. My son seemed to do great actually playing the game in a helmet, pads, and on turf. One of us is build for survival. Can’t wait for our first game. Here we go! School year 2026-27. Junior, Freshman, and 6th grade hello middle school. No one is little and that happened fast! Big kid life is pretty good, but I am ready for summer. Love these kids and our wild life we live. ❤️ by @monicahead3

Our family enjoyed one of our all time favorite vacations this summer. We had a bit of trouble deciding on a location that would make everyone happy. We went to Casa de Campo in Dominican Republic. This resort was simply amazing. Loads of activities plus relaxing at the beach. Not everyone went with an excited heart, but everyone agreed we would 100% go back. I love being with my people at home or the Caribbean. @gina.arefi.travel set us up with an amazing time full of great memories. by @monicahead3
