The art of continuing is knowing what to hold onto and what to release.

Continuing is a skill…

Continuing when the excitement wears off. Continuing when the vision is clear, but the path isn’t. Continuing through setbacks, delays, disappointments, and the moments that require us to begin again.

And sometimes, continuing doesn’t mean pushing harder. Sometimes it means resting, reconsidering, changing direction, and learning to move forward without abandoning what matters to you.

No pushing. No pulling. No forcing.

Just allowing yourself the grace to grow, evolve, and move with the natural rhythm of life.

Somewhere in between endings and redos…

Every twist in this journey has reminded me that setbacks don’t get the final say.

Some seasons are meant for blooming, and others are meant for building stronger roots.

Life has had me navigating some deeply personal chapters behind the scenes. And as I tell my story, this felt like an important chapter to share, too.

Our baby, Puckerlicious, has been through so much. Restarts, redos, regrouping, recovery, and repairs… and some things that never quite made it all the way through.

From opening a community based boutique to building a home studio that was later placed on hold, and trying to figure out the next move. we’ve had to reimagine what this journey looks like more than once.

And still, we build.

Because we’re building a whole universe …it’s more than a bang🍪💕 by @monicamelissa

Mother, may I?

Allow me to tilt the scale a little bit, because living a little bit isn’t fair when everybody dying a lot…

This year has knocked the wind out of my sails.

Everyone mourns differently, and I… I don’t think I ever really got to sit and realize just how long I’ve been mourning until now.

I just get up and keep going.

But where to?

#BTS this was my weekend: covering Sharlotte’s Web red carpet movie premiere.

Earlier in the week, I was in and out of bed feeling under the weather 🤧🤒I told myself I would create more content to journal my journey and give a glimpse of my behind the scenes saga as it unfolds.

I guess I’ll drop my thoughts here…

What I’ve learned and it took a while to finally stick in my thick skull 😅🙃🥴 is this…..There’s no right time. There’s just time, and what you choose to do with it. Be in the flow….

Life is like a game of double Dutch hesitate too long and you throw off your rhythm… but the beautiful part is, you can always find your rhythm again. No double hands! 😅
