What started as a tool for me to better understand my own nutrition has turned into something our whole family gets excited about. After dinner, the kids ask if they can check their scores, compare results, and see if the foods and supplements we’re utilizing are actually “working.”

Somehow vegetables became a game!

If you’re not familiar, Prysm measures carotenoid levels in your skin in about 15 seconds. Those levels are one of the best indicators of how nutrients your body is actually absorbing, and how your nutrition and lifestyle choices are impacting your body in real time.

For me, it’s taken the guesswork out of health. It’s taken arguments and unknowns into family fun that teaches my kids to be intentional with their health foundations early

And I’ll be honest… as a mom, it’s a pretty great feeling when the thing helping your family get healthier is also the thing they think is fun.
