a little day in the life 🔆 by @monicas.movement

Today’s workout definitely wasn’t traditional. I wasn’t in a gym, I wasn’t using traditional weights, and I definitely don’t normally use a SKATEBOARD for resistance training. Regardless this workout made me SWEAT, the heat from outside, the fast paced movements, and moving my body regardless made me feel happy.

I am home for only a few days in between traveling and I told myself there are NO EXCUSES especially after having to be sedentary for finals. So here I am, hope you enjoy and I hope this is motivation to start or continue your fitness journey even if it doesn’t always look like what you see on social media. :)
