Our son is traveling thousands of miles, on five separate flights, and is preparing for one of the most important meetings of his families life.

Grief is complicated, but communicating doesn’t have to be! This Bridges episode helps us move beyond “I don’t know what to say.” Cheri Fletcher shares how she lost her eldest daughter Annie Lauren at age 29. The unimaginable sorrow of that day left her shattered, and amidst her grief, she kept hearing the phrase, “I don’t know what to say.” Now Cheri bravely steps forward to help us move beyond the well-intended words - “I don't know what to say” so we can actually comfort those who have suffered a loss and are grieving.
