Hi there! 👋 My name is Monica and I'm a local realtor in Calgary. I've called Calgary home since 2006, and it's where I've built my life with my family, including a teenage daughter who keeps things fun and interesting! ❤️ I've lived in Vegreville (hometown!), Edmonton, Ventura and Thousand Oaks, California. 🌴 I'm a people person. I love going out and meeting people wherever I go. Whether that's at the gym, playing pickleball, working in a coffee shop, line dancing, lounging on a beach, ☀️ business networking events or just chatting with neighbours while I'm doing yard work. I always have music playing. Especially rock, hip hop or dance music. I embarrass my daughter regularly with my kitchen and car performances. 🎤 I love the energy of cheering on the Flames 🏒 and Stampeders! 🏈 Going to an NBA game is on my bucket list. I wouldn't say no to an MLB game in New York or Boston, either! Travel-wise, Italy is my absolute dream. The food, the coastlines, the culture...one day I'll make it there and enjoy every bite, sip and view. 😍 Speaking of food, it's pasta, mexican, steak and seafood for me...on a patio. I've always been drawn to interior, architectural and landscape design. My background in graphic design and staging is something I carry with me. I notice the details, colours and the flow, and the potential in every home.
