Today’s reminder: You can do hard shit! 🔥💪🏼

A year ago, I never would’ve believed I’d be doing a singles HYROX race, let alone finishing faster than my ambitious goal of 1:25.

The mantra that carried me through: you are capable, just keep moving.

Self-doubt can be REAL loud, make sure your faith in yourself is always louder 📣🗣️

Sandstorm 2 done & dusted 💪🏼💥🏝️

This past weekend we had the opportunity to compete in the Sandstorm beach workout competition that @session.box and @outdaboxfitness organized and we had an awesome time competing with a bunch of other amazing competitors.

Grateful to @islandguy_77 for being the best partner and to @mylifeasrodney and @dyariaariell for capturing these moments, and to everyone else who came out to support and help with the event! 🙏🏼

We’ll be back next year, this is just the beginning 😉 taken in Nassau, Bahamas by @monicharli

There is so much power in consistently showing up for yourself 🔥

And that includes rest and intentionally slowing down after a busy season of life 🧘🏻‍♀️

Well, first ever CrossFit competition is in the books! 🏋🏽‍♀️

Felt entirely out of my element this weekend and dealt with a lotttt of self-doubt leading up to (and even during) the competition, but I managed to surprise myself yet again and got it done! 😮‍💨

@thehappyhourcrossfit organized such a great (and torturous 😅🥴) event and I’m so grateful to have been afforded another opportunity to compete against such incredibly strong and dedicated women 💪🏼 The men also impressed the hell outta me! 🤯

Someone recently told me that if you ‘don’t believe in yourself, believe in me who believes in you’ and I feel like the whole community this weekend really believed in me and inspired me to push beyond what I thought I was capable of, so thank you to each and every one of you who encouraged me to keep pushing 🫶🏻

My body feels broken yet again, but feeling accomplished and grateful to keep witnessing what this body and mind can do 🙌🏼 taken in Happy Hour CrossFit - Nassau, Bahamas by @monicharli

Officially a hybrid rockstar 💪🏼🌟

One Hyrox in the books and already feeling hooked! The Hyrox community exceeded all expectations. So grateful to have met so many cool people and be surrounded by so much athleticism, drive, commitment and grit.

If you have ever considered doing one, I highly recommend it!! 10/10 experience 🙌🏼

Grateful to have had a partner who helped push me beyond what I felt capable of (despite my reservations), and communicated effectively to ensure we crushed this race and had so much fun along the way 🫶🏼🫶🏼 @tinkyg.2 Proud of us! 🙌🏼❤️

Onto the next one!
