This is my piece for the Allied Art Council "Movement" show.
Called ..........one day
Showing my dogs being entertained by one of our squirrels which is living in this special high rise apartment tree.
This tree, which has in many places no bark anymore and is totally hollow inside is still wearing some leaves during summer.
Penny, on the left side jumping up and down, barking, Molly in her hunting position of absolute concentration with a stretched neck being ready to get it.
The funny part for me viewing was the fact that the cheeky squirrel was watching them from the neighbor tree.
Oil on canvas
31" x 39"

Reception for the Movement Show from Allied Art Council is on Saturday from 1-3

The reception of our shows in the Art Gallery of Spruce Grove at Heavy Metal Place have become recently well attended and very lively, with a vibrant exchange between viewers and artists – a place where art comes alive through this exchange.
It is the viewer who completes a painting, a photograph or sculpture.
And it is wonderful for the artists to hear what viewers have to say about what they feel and think.

Looking forward to connect and listen to the exchanges by @monikamehl3

Another painting I did for the Body Language Show.
A totally uncertain terrain for me, but I enjoyed it so much that I will go on practicing body painting.
It gives me the possibility to also do different surroundings, I wouldn't paint otherwise by @monikamehl3

One of my paintings I have in the Body Language Show of Allied Art Council Gallery in Spruce Grove.
I love this Shows with a topic, because it gives you the opportunity to try something new.
I usually paint landscape and more restricted in my choice of color.
This painting grew on a mixing palette that I had used for mixing my oil colors. So the women immerged, so to say from it by @monikamehl3

Just a little sketch from Constable Chelsey Robinson Park.
