Your Win is My Win 🙌🏽

At @therenoempire , I have instilled the belief that there is nooooo such thing as “I can’t.” 🙅🏼‍♀️

I firmly believe that with support, guidance, and right mindset, our dance students can achieve what they once thought was impossible. 💯

In this space, I ensure that everyone feels safe to take risks, and make mistakes. I encourage students to view challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. This allows them to develop the resilience and determination necessary to tackle what they once considered impossible. 💪🏽

One of my teaching techniques is personalized support. 🤲🏽 I take the time to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and unique learning style. I help them build the confidence and skills required to conquer their perceived limitations. Whether it involves extra dance practice, alternative teaching methods, or simply offering a listening ear, I strive to provide the support they need to thrive. ✨

I make it clear that their win is indeed my win, and that we are partners in their dance journey. 🫶🏽 It’s beautiful when they begin to realize their full potential.

Together, we celebrate their victories, big and small, because I 10000000% believe that their win is my win 👑

FELIPE Y TIAGO | ALONDRA | MONIQUE

A little footwork from my styling class of my team choreo that I wanted to try with a different song… just freestyling and having fun with it

But honestly, one of my favorite part of this weekend was getting to connect with Felipe, Tiago, and Monique. I admire them so much as dancers and, even more, as people.

Very grateful for the beautiful humans dance continues to bring into my life. 💙

Consider this me enabling your wellness era 🥰

These have made staying consistent feel way less miserable because why are so many protein powders out there tasting like blended drywall??? And the preworkouts tasting like cough syrup??? Not here, not in my kitchen. 🙂‍↔️

These are the ones currently in my rotation to help me feel like I have my life together before noon ♡

I would be doing a disservice if I didn't put the beauties and the baddies on to @1upnutrition 😘

These guitar strings gave me what I needed 😩🫰🏽

There’s a whole story behind this moment that maybe one day I’ll share, but this right here… was a little reminder to just keep going - We gotta push through all the noise in our head, any pain we’re enduring, and just let go - the most high, the universe, whatever you believe in, HAS YOU! 🙌🏽

So, if you need to hear this today...
Shake off the BS
Give thanks to life’s lessons
& continue doing what feels good ❤️‍🔥

Be THAT (insert whatever you wanna call yourself) 🫵🏽

Shoutout to…
@renoempiremedia for staying late to capture this
@yamidanceshoes for these cute durable dance heels
@the.blowout.boss for the blowout that lasts dayysss
@buffbunny_collection for a bandeau that stays up
