HOLY GIRL HABITS 2.0🎀 new season & new habits🤍 September to December we’re building the life God’s called us to! SAVE this for when you need the reminder. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33

AM ROUTINE⛅️ how you start your morning sets the tone for your whole day. before the phone, before the noise. meet with Him first!

TEMPLE CARE🍓🍉 your body is a temple, treat it like one. move it, feed it well, let it rest. this is stewardship, not vanity. "Do you not know that your bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit? therefore honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

PM ROUTINE💤 your evenings are just as sacred as your mornings. wind down with intention, not with your phone. "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” -Psalm 4:8

COMMUNITY💖we were never meant to do life alone. show up for the women around you. pray for them, celebrate them, forgive quickly!! join us at @chosengirlsco “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” Hebrews 10:24

31-DAY HOLY GIRL HABITS🍂🧡
It’s a new month and we’re starting the Holy Girl Habits Challenge! This is more than a challenge it’s about transforming our lifestyles and dedicating everything we do to God!

TIME WITH GOD🤎 Rise early and start your day with God through prayer and worship. Read one chapter of Proverbs each day (Proverbs 1–31), take notes and reflect on His Word.

MOVEMENT💪🏾
Move your body for at least 30 minutes: workout, walk, stretch or choose movement that works for you.

EAT WELL + DRINK WATER🍂
Nourish your body with healthy foods and stay hydrated.

FELLOWSHIP🙏🏾 Stay connected to godly community. Encourage others, join the bible studies & discussions at @chosengirlsco and make time for fellowship

STEWARDSHIP💰 Spend at least 30 minutes being intentional with what God has given you: your purpose, gifts, finances, home or responsibilities.

CONSISTENCY OVER PERFECTION🤎

HOLY GIRL HABITS🎀 EP. 5
girlll aren’t you tired of carrying everything alone? the older i get, the more i realize: we weren’t made to do life alone!
Proverbs 27:17 says, “as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” AND trust me, i’ve been there. i thought i could do everything on my own and convinced myself that isolation was easier

but there’s a difference between solitude and isolation. Jesus spent time alone with the Father, but He also spent time in community. He surrounded Himself with people walked with them, loved them & did life with them.
we can’t DENY ourselves the gift of community when God created us with a deep desire for connection🥹💖

but are we willing to show up? we pray for new friends, but are we being the friend we’re praying for? so START showing up!
