☀️ MESSAGE OF THE DAY

Your children are learning from you even when you’re not teaching 🧠

They notice how you speak, how you react, how you handle stress, and how you treat yourself.

Teach them that taking care of their bodies is an act of self-love, that protecting their peace is not selfish, and that kindness is a strength, not a weakness.

You don’t have to raise perfect children. You have to guide them, love them, and show them what a healthy life looks like.

Be mindful of what you plant in their hearts. One day, those seeds will become the way they see themselves and the world. 🤍#mom #healthyliving #boogie 💕 #sunrise #socal by @moniruiz___
