There’s something about Yosemite National Park that resets you from the inside out.We hiked up to Vernal Falls then up to Clark Point via the Mist Trail and back down the John Muir Trail.The waterfalls, granite walls, pine trees, cold mist, and fresh mountain air did something no screen, schedule, or city ever can. The forest has a way of rejuvenating your soul and recharging your battery without saying a word.I came back tired physically… but somehow more alive mentally. Yosemite really is medicine for the soul. 🌲💧⛰️ by @monisgarcia

So proud of our girl. As busy and determined as she is her faith ✝️is still something important to her 🙏🏽. We have always prayed before her jujitsu 🥋matches and now wrestling 🤼‍♂️ matches.
