In Sibiu, we ended up on stage at an event. Hundreds of children and teenagers were making music together with a singer. Tory wondered whether she should sing along. But she preferred to dance instead. The crowd loved it. Some of them probably thought Mummy was a bit mad.😁In Hermannstadt sind wir auf der Bühne einer Veranstaltung gelandet. Hunderte Kinder und Jugendliche haben gemeinsam mit einem Sänger musiziert. Tory hat überlegt, ob sie mitsingen soll. Sie hat aber lieber getanzt. Den Menschen hat es gefallen. Yesterday we visited the beautiful castle in Hunedoara. You can walk all over it and see everything. At 35 degrees, it was quite a struggle. / Wir haben gestern das wunderschöne Schloss in Hunedoara besucht. Man kann überall durchlaufen und alles besichtigen. We’ve been out and about all day again today. We visited Alba Iulia, and then two other places. I’ll show you the other two next week. Today we were in Sighișoara. It’s a small town where Dracula was born. You’ll have to wait until Halloween to see the photos from inside the house. Today I visited the fortified church in Honigberg. Germans used to live there in Romania. They used this fortified church to protect themselves from the invading Ottomans. / Heute habe ich die Kirchenburg in Honigberg besucht. Dort lebten früher Deutsche in Rumänien. Today we were near the Ukrainian border and visited the monastery in Moldovita. The paintings are impressive. We bought some delicious muffins there, which had been baked by the nuns. / Heute waren wir nahe an der Ukrainischen Grenze und haben das Kloster in Moldovita besucht.
