Oh, my sweet girl. One week since we watched our last sunrise together, snuggled and watched our last shows in the morning together. You fought so so hard not to make it our last, and I’m so proud of you. I hope you know how hard we tried for you too.

Six years with you was not long enough. But I loved every single moment we had together.

You are my soul cat. I miss you so deeply.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. You didn’t deserve it. You are such a light and did nothing but love everyone and everything around you.

The moment you and I met, we fell in love. I’ve never had love from an animal like you loved me, and I feel so incredibly lucky that you shared that with me, that you were mine and I was yours.

Thank you, Lex. I love you 🤍 by @monkeysquirrel.lex

Hi, I’m Lex!

I’m a Singapura from Vancouver, British Columbia living my coziest life on the island.

My parents named me after the DJ Skrillex, who my mom saw live the day she adopted me! Officially though, my full name is Katzalano’s Princess Lexington. You can also call me Monkey Squirrel, or Monque, or Monster … I have a lot of nicknames, it would seem … I think my full name is my personal preference, I’m named after royalty after all 👑

I live with my two humans, and I also have an older brother named Spice (he’s a bengal) and a younger sister named Pekoe (she’s a bull terrier). My humans are my favourite though, if it were up to me, I’d be an only child so I would have all the attention on me at all times 😼

Thanks for hanging out with me!! taken in Vancouver Island by @monkeysquirrel.lex
