my dad’s younger brother lent him this OG supreme shirt from the late 90s but it never made it all the way back to him. my sister gave it to her 2nd ever skater boyfriend (perhaps her last ever? Lol) ... He disappeared to another country & was never heard of again (by us at least hahahaha) though I attempted to retrieve it over the last few years. I surmise he sold it for a camera or something as it had appreciated in value quite a bit over the last few years.

Aside from the chronicles of the missing supreme shirt, I had to make a series of print related things last spring for my job and I wanted to make something for myself. I had only ever made hand-drawn zines that were really small scale in college and they were never super writing focused. I’m not sure I’ll ever share what I wrote in its entirety as it is a tad too personal/cringe lol but I wanted to share a little bit in hopes I can convince myself to make another fully printed one again. (Excuse the margins on this one, I printed a mockup at home first)

Anywho, the cover is a revised version of the t-shirt graphic. I have literally zero info on the photograph but I think about it all the time. I’ve collected a ton of my dad’s tshirts over the years and though I don’t have this particular one in my possession, it appears to be one of two shirts of his that I strongly associate with my personhood. <3 taken in As Above So Below by @monmcgrath
