No two properties should be approached in the same way.

At MONO, sourcing artwork is an important part of how we bring a space together.

We collaborate with a range of galleries to source pieces specifically for each project, allowing us to explore different artists, perspectives and styles to find what feels right for the space.

Building relationships with different galleries gives us access to a broader collection of work, opening up opportunities to discover pieces we may not otherwise encounter. It allows us to explore different mediums and artistic expressions, and find work that feels considered, individual and true to the intention of each project.

For us, artwork is more than a finishing touch. It brings character, depth and a sense of individuality to an interior. It can create a focal point, introduce contrast, soften a space or bring together the colours, textures and materials already at play.

The process is always about finding the right fit not simply filling a wall, but finding artwork that belongs in the space and adds to the story it tells.

Whether we’re working on a private residence or a commercial space, we believe the most interesting interiors are those where every element has a reason to be there!

A side of MONO you don’t usually see.

The moments between the moments. The questionable dance moves. The conversations that probably didn’t need to be filmed.

And the footage that was definitely never meant to make the final cut.

A little reminder that behind every polished project is a team of real people, a lot of laughs and absolutely no shortage of things that happen off script.

We take our work seriously. Ourselves? Not always.

A closer look at our recently styled Double Bay residence.

A home with a strong architectural language and a distinct sense of luxury.

Our approach was to build on what was already there. Introducing considered furniture, texture and detail while retaining the character and history of the home.

Existing artwork, layered with our curated pieces, brought warmth and personality throughout.

Knowing what to add. Knowing what to keep.

Double Bay Residence
A home with presence.
A considered approach to finishing it.

This Double Bay residence already had a strong architectural language and a distinct sense ofluxury. Our role was to build upon that foundation — bringing in furniture, texture and considereddetails to make the spaces feel complete.

We incorporated a curated selection of our pieces throughout the living and dining spaces, extendingoutdoors into the entertaining areas and carrying that same warmth through to the bedrooms.

The difference was in the layers.

We also worked alongside the vendors’ existing artwork, intentionally keeping pieces on the walls rather than stripping the home back.

The artwork brought personality and history to the spaces, and helped retain the feeling of a family home — something we felt was important to preserve.

Our approach was never to start from a blank canvas. It was about understanding what was already there, then adding the right pieces to createbalance, warmth and cohesive .

Because luxury isn’t always about adding more.

Sometimes, it’s about knowing what to keep.

A considered approach to a home designed for living, entertaining and connection.

MONO was created from a simple belief: property should be presented with intention.

After more than seven years styling thousands of homes across Sydney, I saw an opportunity to do things differently.

Not just styling a property for sale, but looking at the entire process. What needs to be done before it goes to market, what could be improved and how we can bring it all together.

That is where MONO comes in.

From pre-sale preparation and property styling through to interior design, every property is approached individually, considering the architecture, location, campaign and, most importantly, the buyer.

For vendors, preparing a home for sale can be overwhelming. For agents, coordinating everything that needs to happen before a campaign can take a huge amount of time.

Our job is to make that process easier.

We take care of the details, prepare the property and bring the vision together, so agents can focus on selling and vendors can focus on what comes next.

Starting MONO gave me the opportunity to bring everything I love about property and design together under one roof.

Because I do not believe every property should look the same.

Every property deserves its own point of view.

That is MONO.

Different by design.

Surry Hills Residence

A Surry Hills warehouse with plenty of attitude, character and a little bit of fun.

The brief was never about making the space feel too polished. It was about embracing what was already there — the volume, the texture, the imperfections — and styling it in a way that made the property feel exciting, liveable and full of personality.

Quirky details, sculptural furniture, colour, texture and plenty of contrast brought the spaces to life, while still allowing the architecture to take centre stage.

Because good styling isn’t just about making a home look beautiful. It’s about creating a feeling.Helping buyers see themselves living there.
And presenting a property in a way that makes its potential undeniable.

And the result?

Sold in less than a week.
A pretty good reminder that thoughtful styling is an important part of the sale — not an afterthought.

Designed to make an impression.

Styled to tell the story.

Curated to sell.

A Surry Hills warehouse with more attitude than most homes know what to do with: hard volume, worn texture, imperfections left exactly where they were found.

MONO didn’t smooth it over. MONO leaned in. Sculptural before safe. Colour before convention. Character before polish. Sold in under a week.

A closer look at our recently styled Thirdi Neutral Bay residence.

This home was built around flow — kitchen, dining and living working as one connected space, not separate zones.

Strong forms, a neutral palette and considered textures keep it cohesive, layered and quietly confident.

Thirdi Neutral Bay Residence.

A different layout, a different rhythm.

This ground-floor residence had a natural sense of flow, with the kitchen, dining and living spaces opening into one another and working as one connected space.

Rather than separate zones, we wanted the furniture to enhance that relationship.

Strong forms define the spaces, while a neutral palette and considered textures keep everything feeling cohesive.
Nothing too loud. Nothing competing for attention.

Just enough contrast, warmth and texture to bring the spaces together and let the architecture do the talking.

A considered approach to a home designed for connection.

Double Bay Residence

A classic Double Bay residence with beautiful proportions, refined detailing and an undeniable sense of elegance.

The furniture needed to meet that feeling — more luxe, more layered and a little more indulgent, while still allowing the home itself to take centre stage.

We introduced richer materials, sculptural forms and timeless pieces that brought warmth and depth to the spaces. Soft upholstery, considered textures and subtle contrast created a look that felt elevated without feeling overdone.

A considered approach to a residence with plenty of character.
