How I transformed my life after almost giving up 👇🏾😬

1. I got comfortable with that isolation period! The solo period is one of the most uncomfortable but necessary periods you could ever experience, and it’ll happen more than once as you grow so it’s best to get comfortable with it.

2. I used the isolation period as a tool. If you’re in isolation, chances are you’re either not doing much or you’re using your energy for things that don’t benefit you! For me, I used that period to get certificates, learn new skills, and educate myself on things related to my field, as preparation.

3. I forced myself to get up and get ready even if I had nothing to do. Naturally, when you’re down in the dumps, it’s easy to stay in your PJs all day and rot. Building a routine not only tricked my mind/body into being more productive but it also made me realize that there is ALWAYS something to do.

4. I found the culprit behind my depression and I got rid of it. The main reason I was down bad is because of my location and who I was surrounding myself with. After finding this out, I came up with a solid plan on how to change this, immediately.

5. I executed the plan. Once I realized what was up, I immediately took action on changing that. I cut certain people off that I didn’t align with, then I moved from Florida to California within 4 months!
