Wait… this tiny cup is made from an egg carton?! 🥹☕️

I made this super cute Mother’s Day card again this year – and honestly, I still love it just as much 🥹✨.
It’s a tiny little “cup” made from an egg carton… simple, but such a sweet surprise 💌
Perfect for Mother’s Day, but you can easily use it for any occasion.
I actually created a similar version a while ago (maybe two years ago 🙈) – that one was a bit cleaner with lace details.
This time I went for a softer, more playful look 🌸.
I’ve seen similar ideas around on Instagram, but I still love putting my own twist on it .
And the best part? It’s super easy to make and so much fun!

✨ Wax seal stickers… but make them removable! ✨

I upgraded my hot glue coin seals into peel-and-stick seal stickers – and I love them!
You can simply use them like stickers, and the best part: they are easier to remove without tearing the envelope.

💡 Pro tip: To stop the coin seal from sticking to the hot glue, just add a tiny bit of oil to the stamp before pressing. Game changer!

PROCESS: I put a stripe of thick tape on baking paper then the hot glue on it, then I press a flower with the "coin -seal" on it. Let it dry, cut ot out and ready is the seal sticker ❤️. Don't forget the oil on the coin! ♥️

Yesterday, we tried a DIY seal for the first time, using hot glue, coins, dried flowers, and a cork. The results looked really nice,so that we are now ready now for many lovely greetings to be sent! Have you already tried this technique too? It's really so easy 😊♥️

Today, I’m making space here for our planet. 🌍💚

To me, the climate, the environment and the planet we call home aren’t just a “political topic”. They’re part of all our lives, and they concern every single one of us.

Of course I know that one handmade sign and one march won’t change everything overnight. But showing up makes these issues visible. It keeps the conversation going and shows that we care.

That’s why today I’m joining some of my colleagues and students at the climate strike. With a cardboard sign, a little hope and plenty of reasons to care. 💚

No carving. No painting. Just a little magic. 🎃✨

Sometimes all you need is a little imagination and a few things you already have at home! 🎃🍂

For this pumpkin makeover, I reused a secondhand pumpkin decoration I thrifted about three years ago, added a few of my daughter's toys and some dried flowers.

A little hot glue to put everything together, and that's it! ✨

The best part? I can carefully take everything apart afterwards and reuse the decorations again.

No need to buy new Halloween decorations every year when you can give old treasures a completely new look. 🖤

A little spooky, a little magical and definitely my kind of DIY!

Who needs fancy craft supplies when nature gives us the cutest little treasures? 🍂🍄

A few fallen leaves, a little paint and suddenly they turn into tiny fly agaric mushrooms!

I love giving simple things a second life, especially when they're already lying around in nature.

Perfect for decorating cards, gift wrapping or adding a little woodland magic to your autumn crafts. ✨

THE MOST UNNECESSARY DIY EVER 😂!

Well, that didn't go as planned. All I wanted was to make some cute little trees using casting powder and an old egg carton. Simple, sustainable and pretty, right?

What could possibly go wrong?

Turns out, pretty much everything. 😂

First, I covered the egg carton with Vaseline to make removing the trees easier. Then the casting mixture started leaking through the tiny holes at the bottom. Straight onto the floor. 🙈

Next, the mixture hardened so quickly that I barely managed to stick the little branches in.

And when I finally tried to remove my trees from the mould? The egg carton decided to stay attached. Of course.

A little biodegradable glitter was my final rescue attempt, but well… let's just say the result is interesting... 🤣

I'm definitely keeping these little trees, though. After wasting so much material, throwing them away is not an option!

And just to be clear: the casting powder itself is great! ❤️ It was my egg carton experiment that didn't quite work out.

I didn’t need a new Halloween wreath… just a few extra eyes. 👀

Turning an old wreath into something a little more… watchful. 👀🌿
I already had this wreath at home, so instead of buying a new one for Halloween, I gave it a spooky little makeover with my handmade plaster eyeballs. You can see how I made the eyes in my previous reel. 👁️
Little tip: plaster can be tricky to attach with hot glue because the surface tends to crumble. I sealed the backs with acrylic varnish first — and they held much better. You can also glue a small piece of felt to the back of each eye, as hot glue sticks really well to felt.
Then I simply added dried flowers, greenery and a few thistles from what I already had at home. And that’s it — a slightly weird, slightly wild Halloween wreath. 🖤🌿

POV: your teenage daughter loves capybaras… so you turn acorns into some. 🥹🤎

My teenage daughter LOVES capybaras, so when I looked at these acorns… well, apparently this had to happen.

A few acorns, tiny pieces of cardboard for the ears, little twigs and some acrylic markers — and five minutes later, we had our own tiny capybara family.
No fancy supplies, just a ridiculously quick autumn DIY made from things I already had at home. 🍂

A little bat to seal your spooky mail 🦇❤️!

My homemade coin stamp is still going strong after more than a year! And because I love Halloween, this time I made a cute little bat seal. 🦇

Instead of sealing wax, I use hot glue—all you need alongside your stamp is a black hot glue stick. It’s super easy and ready in no time!

Such a fun little detail for Halloween invitations, or a spooky finishing touch for fellow stationery lovers.
