Where mortal souls are beckoned forward, we abide. Last year’s scare count? 834. This year’s scare potential? Limitless. Join us for our fourth year of terrorizing Montclair with its premier Haunted experience. The theme may still be Childhood Nightmares, but our Haunted Funhouse knows no bounds when finding ways of scaring the wonderful, Downtown Montclair community. Join us… if you dare.

Four little shops. One tiny NJ block that goes all out for Halloween. 🎃

Pumpkin-covered storefronts, a little magic, and a bookstore with a haunted funhouse. This is the kind of block you wander onto and immediately text someone, “we need to come here.”

Make a little afternoon of it: browse the books, pop into DollyMoo, White Rabbit Black Heart, and House of Freyja, and take your time with the window displays.

📍Montclair, NJ. Swipe to the last slide for where to find it.

Save this for your October plans and send it to your Halloween-loving friend. 👻 by @montclairbookcenter

The kids shouldn’t get all the Halloween fun.

Cemetery stories, a haunted bookstore, costumes and cocktails, or a paintbrush with a side of wine. We found four ways to get your boo on in Montclair.

Which one are you?

Tell me a story. Scare me. Let’s dance. Pour me something

Tell us your pick and tag the friend you’d bring along.

Featuring: Montclair History Center, Montclair Book Center, All My Friends at Porta and Pinot’s Palette Montclair.

Read the full story at the link in our bio.
