Tomorrow marks another lap around the sun. This season I made it back to HCR after quite a bit of time bouldering elsewhere. Kneeling went from feeling impossible to being quick work in a session.

I have been trying a Fall River project in videos 2 and 3 for the past few season. Finally everything came together getting a high point in video 2 first try of the session. I went to rehearse the topout before moving pads for a safe go and bam! The only hold through the side pull undercling rail section was gone. I'm not familiar with problems of the same level but it went from feeling like I could send any session to training inspiration for next season. So it goes. by @montegraham

A little Arkansas, a little Oklahoma, some cold weather, and a lot of good time with my friends. The cold weather required a change in plans but I had a great time in Oklahoma with a good group of guys.

I finally made it back to Osage after almost a decade. The 45 Wall has quite a few more established problems than when I visited Osage last. I can't wait to try some of the other problems as well as play on the low start to both of these, Going Commando and Galactic Commando. by @montegraham

I love the desert. Arizona was a great time while on a transitional break between full-time work. I saw a few new places with beautiful scenery. Mars Attacks was a lot of fun and definitely worth waking up before it got too hot on my last day. taken in Sedona, Arizona by @montegraham

This one meant more. I experienced an injury earlier this winter that had me questioning whether or not I would be physically able to continue my progression climbing. What began as a tweak in my neck resulted in severe weakness, numbness, and pain through my right arm and shoulder. I was unable to exercise for 2 months. At this time, I continue to be significantly weaker than pre injury.

I am not a fan of over sharing my personal life through social media, but if I can give others hope that things can get better and recovery is possible, this long-winded post is worth it.

Fall River provides! Yesterday, I put up a FA called Prowler in the Yard, repeated Damage Inc. (at 2x speed), and had a good gym session including a send of the compy run and jump boulder featured thanks to @raymangione. This was the 3rd time I've sent damage inc and feel I sandbagged the grade pretty hard, giving it v6 originally. Maybe 7 or 8? by @montegraham
