POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi there! My name is Geoff, the one behind the camera at @montgomeryprodco

I’m a visual storyteller that thrives on creating images that have classic style while telling stories you can feel.

Shoot me your ideas, let’s make something we’re proud of! 🙏🏼✨ by @montgomeryprodco

I wanted this one to live on the page! This was one of the very last shots we tried as the sun got lower & lower during the family session. Brielle asked to try one last shot with ALL of her horses. The shot was a static shot, wide lens, while trying to get all horses to stand at attention. Witnessing a 16 year old have the patience, but also the discipline to keep the horses in line was simply amazing! As usual, I jokingly said “wait, can we try just one more where you all are walking with me!?” And here is the result. I like to look at photos as a series, appreciating the moment fully. Brielle’s expression in the last image is one of relief that it worked and also knowing she just killed it! 🙌🏼 Collaborating in the moment with clients will always be a driving force in our sessions, THAT is where the magic lies! ✨Thanks for all the great feedback on this one 🙏🏼 by @montgomeryprodco

In the heart of Los Angeles, Gilberto & Cinthya Marquez of Marquez Clásico have built a shop full of pride, culture, passion & style. Their hats are made to be 1 of 1, handcrafted with heart & soul for each individual client. I wanted to share a few photos we made together, be on the lookout for the first issue of “Grain” featuring Marquez Clásico coming soon. 🙏🏼✨ by @montgomeryprodco

Life’s moments! As a photographer I’ve always prided myself in being able to adapt whether it’s shooting a different style, a different venue or different vibe all together. Ultimately, it’s about being what your clients need in that moment, no matter what or where it is! Capturing the special moments is what I love, human interaction, finding the emotion wherever I’m at and being able to tell the story through imagery. Forever grateful I get to do this for a living! 🫶🏼✨ Congratulations, Mellon family! by @montgomeryprodco

Something about shops & garages, man! Could it be going back to mechanical tools in a technology driven world. Maybe it’s the beautiful rawness in a time where we’re so set on presenting ourselves as our best version. I find it’s appreciating the process, acknowledging that there is beauty along the way, not just at the finish line. The bonds that are created and nurtured through blood, sweat, tears & gears. Capturing Keith & Chase Taber during this build was something special. A quiet, focused communication. Some choice words & some “friendly gestures”. Reminded me of the times in the driveways & garages working with my Dad & brother. In a weird way, grateful for the breakdowns, the projects & the feeling of accomplishment afterwards! 🙏🏼✨ thanks Keith & Chase! 👊🏼 by @montgomeryprodco

Back to the beach! BTW, do you guys remember that movie “Back to the Beach”? About the car salesman from Ohio that takes his family back to the beach to his old stomping grounds? I remember thinking the punk rock surfers were so rad in that movie. Perhaps my first exposure to anything “punk” outside of Billy Idol! The humonga-cowabunga-from-downundah 🤣 anyway, let me know, we can talk about it… by @montgomeryprodco

Denim, boots & turquoise are always a good choice! ✨ Here are some branding shots to celebrate Lanie’s new business! 🌵 www.montgomeryprodco.com by @montgomeryprodco

The classic silhouette of a chopped 49-51 Mercury. There are some things that will never go out of style. ⚡️ Wanted to have some landscape photos in my feed as well, I prob shoot portrait 85% of the time so these felt nice! ✨ by @montgomeryprodco

Timing and emotion are everything, sometimes they don’t happen at the same time but when they do, it’s magical. What is not magical? Wet socks & shoes. Worth it every single time though! 🙏🏼✨

Anyone got the hookup at @vans ?? 🤣

When the homie tells you he just got his Merc chopped at @belloskustoms and he’s on his way to the barbershop, drop everything to go get the shot! Love when the stars align for projects and you get to work with friends. The guys at @houseoffadesbarbershop are all so dope and I’ve never seen a bad cut walk out of there, been getting cut here for a very long time. I joke that it’s my weekly mental health break! Check them out if you haven’t, if you do then you already know! by @montgomeryprodco

San Diego flood gates are open and the love is flowing! This family right here is always the best time. I will have to find photos from the first time we made photos and do a then & now! I feel like we’ve grown together. ❤️‍🔥

Also, if anyone looks familiar in these, let me know! Extra points for the answer! Here’s a hint: ⚾️🔥⚾️🔥 by @montgomeryprodco
