It’s been a long time coming.

coming home to race Nationals has never been easy. flying home, funding the trip, organizing support, adjusting to the weather and time zones, navigating last-minute changes. It always took so much just to show up.

but my vision was always bigger than the uncertainty. bigger than the fear. bigger than the doubt.

representing the country that raised me has always been the goal. and it means more than any struggle it took to get here.

for the 20-year-old girl who left home to chase something bigger and carve her own path, we did it. ❤️

to everyone who believed in me since the beginning, who supported me without hesitation, who stayed through the quiet seasons, thank you.

Some weekends are meant to be remembered.

Beginning from witnessing our very own @montonjoyce battle it out in the Elite women’s race. You showed the world that even if you were battling on those roads alone, you had an army of filipinos rallying behind you! You may have not won the race but you surely won the hearts of every filipino yelling our heart’s out and cheering you on! Rest up, recover and onto the next battle! Always know, you will always have an army of Filipinos behind you no matter which part of the world your next battleground will be! 🇵🇭

And then there are the Elite Men Pros—moving with a kind of effortless violence and grace, pushing beyond what seems humanly possible. Every turn, every pedal stroke, every attack… a dance between rider and machine.

For a moment, it wasn’t just a race.

thank you for all the good-luck messages, support, and for cheering me on throughout this journey. getting to the Worlds start line as the first homegrown Filipina to represent the Philippines in road cycling is already a dream come true. I’ll give it everything I have and represent the flag with pride. ❤️
