POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We brought together top Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars athletes for a special panel with Monument Realty’s Society Division—an exclusive community celebrating our highest-performing agents and connecting them with the people, stories, and opportunities that make Dallas extraordinary.

The conversation, energy, and connections made this an event to remember. Thank you to our incredible panelists, Society members, and everyone who helped make it happen.

A special thank-you to Tyrone Crawford and Terrence Crawford of Crawford Signature Spaces for being part of the celebration!

This is the power of the Society Division—and we’re already looking forward to an even bigger next event for our agents! by @monumentceo

I am cancer-free. After being diagnosed stage four back in February, going through two surgeries and eight rounds of chemo, my tests are clear.

First and always, all glory goes to God. I leaned on Him every day, even when I was scared or uncertain, and I believe His hand carried me.

Second, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Angel, to my kids, my family, my friends, and my Monument Realty family. Every prayer, every call, every text, it mattered… More than you probably know.

And third, this season changed me. When you’re forced to stare at how precious life is, you realize every day is a gift. I’m not interested in just going back to who I was. I’m committed to showing up as the best version of myself: a better spouse , father, friend, leader, and servant to others. I don’t know everything about the road ahead, but I know this, I’m going to make it count.

Thank you all for walking with me and supporting me on this journey! Psalm 91:2 — “He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” by @monumentceo

Pretty exciting to be named a finalist for Leader of the Year at The ESPE Awards! 🏆

I’m grateful for the recognition, but even more grateful for the people I get to work alongside every day. What we’ve built at @monumentrealtytx has always been a team effort and I’m proud of what we continue to accomplish together.

Voting is officially open at the link in my bio and I’d appreciate your support! by @monumentceo

Entrepreneurship is a mindset, not just a job.

When you’re passionate about what you’re building, you’re constantly looking for opportunities to grow, improve, and make a bigger impact.

Building something great takes commitment, and that drive to keep getting better is what separates good businesses from great ones. 👏 by @monumentceo

Great collaboration meeting with Zillow co-founder Lloyd Frink, Zuhairah Washington, Zillow’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, and some of Monument Realty’s top agents.

We had a great conversation about the future of Zillow, lead opportunities, and how we can keep helping agents and clients succeed.

We’re grateful for our partnership with Zillow—and we have some exciting announcements coming soon. Stay tuned! by @monumentceo

Want to take your business to the next level? Start with how you manage your time.

Success in entrepreneurship doesn’t happen by accident. It takes discipline, intentionality, and the ability to prioritize what actually moves your business forward.

The way you spend your time today determines where your business will be tomorrow. 👏 by @monumentceo

Now THIS is how you do backyard living. ⛳️

Had the opportunity to tour some incredible projects with my good friend Tyrone Crawford of @crawfordsignaturespaces, and the attention to detail these guys bring to every space is impressive.

At Monument Realty, we believe in surrounding ourselves with people who take pride in their work and deliver for their clients. Crawford Signature Spaces does exactly that.

Every day is an opportunity to make a difference, and I don’t take a single one for granted.

My perspective on life has changed in ways I never could have imagined. I’ve learned to appreciate the little things, lean into my faith, and be more intentional with the time I’m given.

Whatever season of life you’re in, I hope this encourages you to make today count. 🙏 by @monumentceo
