Introducing my new series: WHO’S YOUR BARBER? 💈🎤

I’m hitting the streets asking random people about their barber, their haircut, and who keeps them looking right 👀

For Episode 1, I somehow ran into Batman himself 🦇😂

So of course I had to ask…

Who’s your barber, Batman?

Also shoutout Dave’s garage for keeping Batman fresh I tried looking for a social media but I don’t think they have one

The House of Barbers was never supposed to be just about me. 🏠💈

When I started this shop, I had a dream of creating a place where the whole house could come get taken care of — mom, dad, brother, sister, grandma, everybody. Short hair, long hair, braids, color, perms, locs — whatever you need. That’s where The House of Barbers came from.

It’s been a long road getting here, and one thing I’ve had to learn is that everything doesn’t have to be perfect, and I don’t have to do everything myself.

For a long time, I thought everyone who joined the shop needed to be able to do everything. But I’m realizing that building the right team isn’t about finding people who can do it all — it’s about finding people who are great at what they do and bringing those talents together under one roof.

Recently, life also reminded me that I can’t just keep pushing myself through everything. After dealing with some health issues, I’ve had to slow down, think differently, and — probably the hardest part for me — ask for help.

So for the first time, The House of Barbers is officially hiring. ❤️

I’m looking for 1–2 people who want more than just somewhere to work. I want people who care about their craft, their clients, and being part of something we can continue building for our community.

To everyone who has sat in my chair, supported the shop, shared my work, given me advice, or watched this dream grow — thank you. We wouldn’t be at this point without you.

This is the beginning of a new chapter for The House of Barbers, and I’m excited to see what we can build together.

Interested in joining the team?
