I’m so happy i have a best friend who forces me into things that i think are ridiculously impossible!!

@jomackb and i ran the @womens.epic deer valley 10k trail race today! My goal was completion! I thought it would take me 2:30-2:45 potentially and we came in under 2 hours! 1 hour and 56 minutes was my finish time! 6.2 miles total, 1440 ft elevation gain total, 1200 of that being the first 2 miles!

Also, shout out to @austoh_13 for spending his birthday weekend supporting me and being with me all weekend! ❤️

Your body is capable of way more than your brain wants you to think!

I had the best time today and can’t wait to do it again! 💪🏼💕🏃🏻‍♀️ by @moolsen15

We are doing a family fantasy this year! Every win a team
gets during the regular season will get a tally, at the end of the season the person with the most wins will get to pick dinner and an activity for the family to do together! 🏈

We celebrated this guys birthday at the @webercountyicesheet on Friday and had the best time! I have a whole new respect for my boys, ice skating is hard and they go out there every week and get better and better! Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated my little dude! We love you so much! 💙

We completed a virtual 5k as a family today! 🏃🏻‍♀️It was a Fortnite themed run, that’s how i got the boys to agree! 🤣The boys rode their bikes while we ran and ended up doing 4 miles total! I’m so proud of them for completing it and they are very proud of their medals! I also ended up getting a PR by shaving a minute and 90 seconds off my previous fastest 5k! 🥇 by @moolsen15

Happy 4th of July! Couldn’t have spent it any better, woke up and ran 4 miles for the 4th on top of a mountain, ate some good food, then some 🍒 chip ice cream, and ending the night watching fireworks with all my favorite people! ❤️🌭🤍🍦💙

Also, no… my sister and i did not plan our matching outfits.. great minds just dress alike! 😜 by @moolsen15

Been running a lot more lately and completed something i never thought i would have ever tried!

We ran in honor of our cute Saigey girl and Rare Chromo Day which was on the 25th, so we all wore our bright colors!

Also, i have the best bff ever, she got us the cutest matching bracelets to keep us going during runs! 💕

It’s slow but we ran the whole thing without stopping and i’m extremely proud of that!

So proud of all of us!!

So proud of our Collin Boy! 💙 He was asked to join a travel street hockey team to play in the Utah Mammoth 3v3 spring tournament! They played so hard today, didn’t come out with a championship win but collin had tons of steals, a few assists and a goal! Great job to both the Ursa Majors and Ursa Minors today! 🥅 🩵🏒 #utahmammoth #streethockey #utahmammoth3v3 #hockeytournament by @moolsen15

Happy 10th birthday to my guy! 💙🏀😭 I’m actually sick just typing that! Collin is so loved by everyone, he was beyond spoiled by all our family and friends, he got 10 presents from mom and dad for turning 10 and also got his ears pierced after asking for about a year! He requested no cake this year but tiered cereal bar treat with cinnamon toast crunch and cookie crisp and chocolate chip cookies made by his dad and great grandma! We love you buddy and hope you had the best day ever!! by @moolsen15
