Burro Banana Flour
5 burro bananas
Peel and cut up the bananas into chips. Spread them onto dehydrator sheets and dry for about 8 hours. I use the @excaliburdehydrator Once they feel dry blend until banana chips turn into flour and sieve in a large bowl until the flour is nice and smooth. Store in a mason jar. This makes alittle over 2 cups.

Pancake recipe
-2 cups burro banana flour
-1/2 cup agave
-1 cup sparking water
-1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon

Preheat pan and lightly oil it. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If needed add a tbsp of spring water to the batter if it’s to thick. Once the pan is hot use a measuring cup to pour batter. Quick and easy ❤️

Raw alkaline strawberry short cake bars 😛

Ingredients
Filling- 1 cup walnuts, 2 tbsp agave, juice of 2 key limes, 2 tbsp liquid coconut oil, 2 dates, 1 tbsp tahini butter, 1/2 cup of spring water
Crumb coating- dried strawberries & walnuts

Instructions
Crumb coating- in a blender pulse walnuts a few times until you get small crumbs. Pour onto a plate. Then add dried strawberries into blender and pulse until you get crumbs. Pour dried strawberry mixture onto the plate with walnut crumbs and mix together. Cover it and store in the fridge.
Filling- Blend walnuts, agave, key limes, liquid coconut oil, dates, tahini and water until you get a smooth consistency. Pour into silicone popsicle molds and freeze for about 8-10 hours or overnight. Pop them out, one by one dip bar into the crumbs and gently coat the bar with the crumbs using your hands. Put some parchment paper on a tray, put coated bars on it and place them back into freezer for 30 minutes until it’s firm again. Makes 8 bars. Enjoy ❤️
