This is a snippet and a half of a lovely little funghi fest we made pizzas for, last weekend! I would definitely recommend going along to one of these next time or even joining up to one of the groups to learn more! Last chef table @fallfromgracealdinga was amazing! We @fleurieufood and @fleurieupeninsula had a great night coming together as chefs, growers and producers of this incredible region, we enjoyed the company, conversation and community with simply delicious food and drinks sorted by the team at ffg. Chefkiss 😙We were also delighted to host this event in @maxwellsgrocery outdoor marquee which is heated and had a bar and is available for hire for events!! An amazing space for an event 🤩Rachel from @mcmillan_and_drew spoke and brought samples of her herbs and flowers, as did Aaron from @crikeytucker. Great sensory experience as well 🌿🌸🍃✨! We also had Erin and Jo from @balancingplates.fleurieu speak to us about their upcoming event @wirrawirrawines on June 16- contact them for tickets !! Heyyyyyyyyyy!Well I just got a bit excited because my lovely veggie grower Kirsty just brought these wonderful turnips to me they are going to be sliced thinly like radish and used in the salads here! 💕What a fiesta of colour!!! It’s actually magenta so a pinky purple vibrant hue. Slightly peppery similar to a watermelon radish but not so spicy ;)I will also use the tops in an#aglioolio pasta with fresh chillies (my favourite thing!) ❤️‍🔥 by @moon_garden__
