Last Sunday, @moon_mama111 and I hosted our first women’s gathering. We laughed, we cried, we shared, and we were seen. It was an evening filled with beautiful women, each bringing her own unique gifts, stories, wisdom, and presence. What began as a room of strangers quickly became a space of connection, support, vulnerability, and genuine belonging. Together we slowed down. We breathed. We moved. We reflected. We released. One of my favorite reminders from the evening is that healing doesn’t always happen in grand moments. Sometimes it happens in a quiet conversation, a shared tear, a deep breath, or simply being witnessed exactly as you are. Thank you to every woman who trusted us enough to show up and share the evening with us. Your openness created something truly special. My heart is full, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. 🤍✨ #womeninspiringwomen #womenempowerment #wellnessforwomen #pnwwellness by @moon_mama111
