*old* things I made 🎉

+ banana nut bread (overripe bananas, good flavor!)
+ ccc with bread flour (too dry)
+ ube brownie cookies with toasted coconut (ok! I wanted more crackly tops but the coconut hides it)

oh, and an egg drawn to look like #schedule1 by @moonbaked_

🍠 I got my eyes on u-bae

After almost four weeks of recipe testing, we finally have it! Presenting our:

✨UBE BROWNIE COOKIE✨

Using authentic ube halaya, these fudge-y, white chocolate cookies are made with whole lotta love (and purple stains everywhere)! Ube has a creamy mix of nutty and vanilla notes, so these decadent cookies are sure to satisfy your cookie cravings.

NEXT DROP: APR 12

(We’re going on a little trip but we’ll be back and so will these cookies!) With the bakery being open for officially one month and about one month of testing, I am happy to report this as a success 🙌

🍵 a ‘matcha’ made in heaven

y’all heard of the egg shortage, but did you also know there’s a MATCHA SHORTAGE? not the best time to launch my matcha (egg heavy) cookie BUT there’s no time like now, right?

Guess who was able secure two GIANT bags of yummy matcha? Only the best ingredients, organic eggs from @momsorganicmarket, matcha @jadeleafmatcha, high fat @kerrygoldusa butter…delish!

💥 rate these cookies! how many booms for these matcha infused cookies? BOOM BOOM BOOM

super thankful for all the support and enabling me to contribute to the egg and matcha shortage! happy to help the economy LOL (I chose a bad time to launch but it’s ok, only up from here!)

it’s been pretty exciting being recognised IRL by people as the girl selling cookies out of her amazon box.

very grateful for you and excited to do some recipe testing this week…did someone say ube? 👀

always love an excuse for (not-too-sweet) treats

baked almost 300 cookies over the last week! saying I’m exhausted is an understatement—but it’s all worth it seeing all your support 🎉

🙌 THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING!!!

Clocked in my *opening weekend* with 204 cookies (24 happy customers) and less than 8 hours sleep! woohoo baking at 5am, I should change my name to “sunrise baked” but I sleep at sunrise

the no sleep was worth seeing all your happy faces and hearing all the nice things you had to say 🎉

now to rest up for this next week! some recipe testing (ube and viet coffee incoming…) and prepping for more orders, 11 dozen and counting!
