✨Intention✨ to raise money for a master breathwork training.
I joined our local market day at Signalen.
Sun was shining for us all 🌞
Love the location roof top terrace and the fjord next to us.
Loved this combination selling clothes and treasures also face-painting.
I raise 2420kr 🙌🌈🍯😁💵💰🤩🥰
It’s a great start for my future self.

🤍Dolly Parton such an iconic woman.
🤍So happy I got to see you perform in Oslo.
🤍You dear Dolly, hands down, was the most charismatic, warm, down to earth artist.
🤍I was surprised how I was in awe of you.
🤍Being live was a whole other level of Dolly.
🤍Such presence, you interacted with the audience like you had know us all our whole life’s.
🤍Your heART lives on and on and on.
“Little Sparrow” is one of my favourites.
🤍 I have huge gratitude for the little sparrows. When feeling like I couldn’t bare one more minute of my pain body.
🤍 I went to watch the sparrows.
🤍These little sweet creatures brought instant relief and joy to my heart.
🤍 my new bird inspired face paint was inspired by my healing with the sparrow’s.

🩵 I love sparrows, i love blue feathers 🪶 I found one of my favourite colour combinations that’s weaves these 2 loves together. 🤎🩵 🖌️ ✨

🩵 loved dressing up and facepainting from the inspiration of birds.
To go all in with bird feathers was joyous.

🤎After a 2 months travel….🧳 ⭕️

🤎in need of reconnecting with my cousins and meeting their children✔️

🤎 We scattered brothers ashes and celebrated him. Wearing my brother’s shorts, he’s with me.✔️

🤎 spent 2 weeks with my dad, the longest time ever in my life. Seeing my brothers and their kids, they are all thriving 🙏✔️

🤎A need to explore an established community ✔️ thank you findhorn

🤎 blessed to have been gifted a medicine festival ticket 🎫✔️ it really is medicine

🤎 returning to Norway, Nesodden.
The place I called home for the first time.

🤎 crashed once home, eclipse, today full moon. Not feeling the ground. Where is home? 🏡 needing time to land again.
Due to health I stopped my Norwegian language studies. Norways 2nd language is English. This does affect me. Please be gentle 🙏

🤎 Sun rays on my skin, full power cacao in flask. Oslo fjord. I am home again.
My insight was….my language is creativity and colour. I can be anywhere in the world as long as I am of service I am home.

🤎 playful innerchild, 2nd spring, in my own energy, freedom, deeply grateful for cacao medicine. Thank you so much Liam Brown for your full power cacao and mamma cacao, love you.

🤎Nesodden, Nature, home.

🤎 freedom expression and embodying with cacao “paint” see me don’t see me, it doesn’t matter either way.
What matters is how I feel.
How I show up for myself affects those around me.

🤎 letting go of some sadness regarding a sister I used to journey with, we spoke the same language of colours and creation.
My moonflower values are anchored in non separation, as we know this is the cause of all the pain and suffering.
I learnt discernment, I prefer this without separation. That is out of my control.
