A wedding day is such a fleeting moment. So much time, thought, and love goes into planning it, and then somehow it passes in the blink of an eye. I’m so grateful I get to preserve wedding days like Rachel and Scott’s on digital and 35mm film, so they can return to these moments and relive them again and again 🤍 forever love Charleston weddings

Got to get back to the house!

Excited to share I’ve officially updated my location, my daughter’s life, creative work & our mascot, Bamboo, to Wilmington, NC.

Many have asked over the years in deciding, why Wilmington? ..it’s home. Born & bred around 80 miles north, surrounded by 1/2 of my relatives, cousins & very best friends to this day, it is a blended area to what’s familiar & tastes like an extension of my original & new self; a spot for my daughter to build something with similar themes she can cultivate as hers. We have taken great leaps to get here & Eve is a resilient trooper. I’m proud, wrecked 😂 & satisfied from the grit it took to make it happen.

How lucky to have roots to return home to as well as longtime networks spanning across North Carolina on the path as an adult though. It’s always been my biggest prayer that Eve has a crowded table to celebrate.

Since journeying from the San Juans to a vivid Low Country with quite a few more regions & urban escapes to name, I am pumped to see what unfolds in the new but old terrain I love & connect with so dearly of the Old North State!

While it’s hard to speak in absolutes during an ever-changing thing, I have decided to no longer service Charleston after this Fall. At least for now. I’ve pushed every limit & after 13 dynamic years of rushing from adrenaline, trucking insane hours & circumstances that motivated the heck out of me.. family, my health and softer paths simply called me back ~ whispers of the heart that never left my side.

To my Holy City circle, we will not skip a beat & I can’t wait for continued fun. I remember thinking I wasn’t finished with Colorado when I moved but it wasn’t about the location, it’s the devotion of our tribes.

Production worlds & perishables are filled with heavy traffic no matter how much we manage each one ~ there is a total threshold for what’s actually sustainable of heart, mind & body.

Life is so precious & beautiful and then it’s not but it’s equally harmonious and I’m grateful to feel alive and supported by all of you from various walks of life.

Kinda chic to not force creation, dreams, and trust your inner compass. ❤️
