✨🌙✨We’re coming off the Pisces eclipse, moving into a Virgo New Moon (Sept 10) that wants your laundry more than your vision board, through the Fall Equinox (Sept 22), one held breath of perfect balance, into a Full Moon in Aries (Sept 26), hot and impatient, with Mars sliding into Leo right behind it, insisting whatever gets lit this month gets performed for a crowd.

Underneath all of it runs a harvest current, Virgo’s gathering-in, the equinox’s weighing scale, that World-card feeling of a cycle finally closing. But there’s a block. Four of Pentacles energy keeps showing up, gripping what’s already been earned instead of receiving it, which is exactly why nothing’s standing quite upright yet.

The spread: The Lovers in the past, a choice made from your own wellspring, not for an audience. The Ace of Pentacles in the present, a plain, real offer, already sitting in your open hand. I am going to come out and say it OUTRIGHT...everything is about to change. The good news? You get a choice.

What are you feeding, and what's feeding you?

We just came off the full moon in Aquarius (7/29), nodes fresh into the Aquarius/Leo axis for the first time in almost 20 years, Jupiter in exact union with the Sun that same morning. Saturn's retrograde in Aries now through December, asking where your fire actually comes from before you commit to the direction.

The cards this month: we untied our own blindfold (Eight of Swords, rev), and saw the truth, saw things for what they really are.

Now we're standing in front of too many choices (Seven of Cups), and the one that matters is the unassuming one, not the chalice of the crusade. Justice is doing the weighing; what you tended with integrity comes back with integrity.
The shadow: is your inner fire (King/Two of Wands) drawn from a clean source, or polluted reservoir?

Overarching energy is Temperance. Precision. Divine timing. Moving into alignment.

Numerology: 27/9. A cycle completing.

July's collective tarot reading. ⚔️

July wants to know what you did with all that demolition.

Past: Nine of Pentacles. A garden built alone, with your own two hands, because no one needed to stand next to you. It looked like independence. Some days it felt like exile. Solitude and loneliness aren't the same thing, though they rent the same apartment.

Present: King of Swords. This is the month of the clean sentence. The email you've drafted in your head for three weeks. The conversation you've rehearsed in the shower and never had. Say the thing once, correctly, and put the sword down. Not cold. Exact.

Future: Two of Cups. After a season spent building alone and sharpening language into something usable, this card says: now hand it to someone. Two cups, offered at equal height. Not a rescue. A recognition — the kind where you see someone and think, oh, there you are.

Overall: Strength. Not the lion tamed by force. The lion met, and closed, by a hand steady enough that it allows it — senses correctly this isn't diminishment, it's partnership. Ignore that animal part of yourself long enough and it doesn't quiet down. It gets louder, more anchored into who you are, until it finds another way to speak. The goal was never to kill the lion. It's integration, welcoming the exiled part home instead of leaving it to run feral in the woods behind the house.
Not everyone integrates the lion this month. Some people just feed it and call it acceptance.

That’s the month ahead. Soul retrieval is going back for the part of you that got left behind, and not apologizing for how it looks when it finally comes home. Strength isn’t wielded against the ego’s appetites, it’s lived alongside them, embodiment and discernment, not rule.

June is asking us which version we'd prefer to be.

This April, we are collectively coming into contact with the parts of ourselves that are transforming our identity.

There is a wisdom within you that did not arrive all at once. It has been forming beneath the surface, molded in seasons you may not have fully witnessed while you were living them. Now, as spring opens, that inner light meets the outer world. As above, so below. What has been cultivated in the unseen breathes life into form. A source of power within you is ready to be lived, not just understood.

Pay attention to the ego’s urge to dominate or prove. Notice the impulses that push for movement before grounding has weighed opposite. Be aware of self-doubt or fear that arises as you stand at the edge of something new. These are not enemies. They are signals inviting you to stay conscious as you continue, to stay humble as the impetus within you gathers.

This is about building something that can hold weight because it has been shaped through integration.

Since it’s just about spring and the snow has meted from imprisoning all of our cars, I’m reminded I still need to share a little recap from the February Charm City Moon Market under the Leo moon ♌️ (it’s my first full winter in Baltimore OK? I was hibernating…) @charmcitymoonmarket

Somehow, between numb fingers and visible breath, there was so much warmth - beautiful vendors, good energy, people connecting, noses stuffed into vessels of delightful custom fragrances. It felt less like a market and more like a winter ritual we all ceremoniously agreed to step into together, mystical church setting and all, thank you @ministryofbrewing

If you came out and supported, thank you! You’re part of the magic, truly.

Neptune just entered Aries and it’s in those first few degrees where a planet is basically like, “I have no idea what I’m doing but I’m doing it LOUD.” Neptune rules dreams, illusions, creativity, and yes, spilled secrets. Aries rules “me.” Put them together and suddenly feelings don’t stay contained, anger doesn’t know where to go, and everything leaks.

Now add Saturn approaching. Saturn is rules, structure, regulation, and Aries is not calm about being told what to do. Saturn in Aries doesn’t know how to chill, Neptune in Aries doesn’t know how to be mad properly—and here we are, learning by turning the flame up too high. This is early-degree astrology (especially that critical 0° point): everything amplified, nothing subtle, everyone learning by overdoing it. If it feels like the universe lit a candle and forgot to trim the wick…you’re not wrong.

But here’s some good news: early degrees are also where new courage is born.
