Drawing Typhoeus Like a Page From Her Notebook 🦋

Typhoeus is always recording the things she discovers in her notebook 🦋 So I thought… why not turn the notebook around and make **Typhoeus herself the subject of a study?**

I drew four little studies of her, and this shows a little bit of the process for the first one. 🏹✏️

Started traditionally in my sketchbook, then took a photo and continued rendering digitally.

Trying to find better base poses for character design — pose #2

Another one from my neutral-pose exploration! I wanted to see how a slightly different stance changes the overall silhouette while still keeping enough simplicity for designing clothes and accessories around it.

A little process from this one, because apparently I need an excuse to turn everything into a reel 😭

This character design just draws me in!! 🥹

The fluffy texture of the cotton shield, especially — I love the juxtaposition of something as hard and protective as a shield with something so soft and fluffy.

And then there’s the lace-embroidered head drape, the rope texture woven into the clothing… so many different textures mixed together, but somehow they all support each other instead of competing.

The more I looked at this design, the more details I found to love.

This is probably my favourite doll design in POP MART history, so I had to do a little study and figure out what makes it work so well. ✏️

Made a holographic pin-style render of Liino from Arknights Endfield in Blender🌈✨ — shows a sneak peak into my drawing process, with some emissive flashy textures for that pin shine.

Technique inspired by a tutorial from 三全全 on RedNote

An old unfinished sketch of my ”Where Winds Meet” main character, 少冬瓜. I’d been saving this one for ages because I was afraid I’d ruin it if I tried to finish it… 🥹

Finally gathered up enough courage to give it a shot, and here’s what we have
