Offering Horsemanship, Equitation and Hunter jumper riding lessons. Horse training & Equine Reiki Master Practitioner. ✨

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I am officially offering Reiki in the Pasture, kicking things off with the Full Moon Rising. I’ve been dreaming of this since I originally got attuned with reiki and I am so honored to be sharing this medicine with the world! The horses are intuitive little beasties that helped transmute all the hard stuff we were processing in this session. They provided giggles, grounding, comfort and safe space. My books are open and I am so excited to get to work! DM me to get on the books and make some magic, for you or your horse!! Have questions? Feel free to reach out, I’d love to chat! #healingenergy #reikihealing #reikimaster #equinereikimaster #equestrian #horsegirlenergy #fullmoon #magic #nwa #equestrian #moonrise taken in Courage Therapeutic Riding Center by @moonriseeq

Thirteen years of Berkeley! Every baby I’ve gotten since has been loved and raised by Berkeley. If you have ridden in my lesson program, she’s been in the corner being my assistant trainer and if you’ve fallen off- she often beats me to you to lick your face and make sure you’re ok and smiling. She has matched me step for step on trail rides and hiking trails alike. My most loyal friend and biggest support 💕 she has nursed me back to health and loved me through every downfall and heartbreak since I was 19. The pup who went through my 20s with me. It’s been an absolute honor and treasure to watch her grow old. We may have to help her in and out of the truck and bed these days- but she’s still matching me step for step. 💕 by @moonriseeq

Contrary to popular belief, there’s no faking it til you make it. Your horse is going to call you out every single time. Can you listen without being offended? #horsegirlenergy #reikimasterpractitioner #soullessons by @moonriseeq

Do you ever just sit with your horse and see if they choose to share space with you? Naomi always insists on forehead nuzzles and sharing air when given the chance. ✨ I’ll never take her nuzzles, shared space, or breath for granted. #timeisathief #bestgirl #freckledlips #sacredspace #growingoldtogether taken in MoonRise Equestrian by @moonriseeq

Congratulations to all of our 2026 NWAHJA Summer Classic Equitation Challenge winners!

And a huge congratulations to every rider who participated in this year’s Equitation Challenge, proudly sponsored by @moonriseeq.

This competition is about so much more than the ribbons. Riders demonstrated horsemanship, knowledge, preparation, and skill through written exams, a practical evaluation, and their performance in the show ring. We are incredibly proud of every competitor who accepted the challenge.

Grab your ribbons at our September Showdown! by @moonriseeq

I’ve had Jojo in my training program, part time, for a year and a half. He’s the wildling that ✨broke my knee✨ I stepped off his bolting from the mounting block right into a hole and couldn’t walk right for damn near 6 months. I wasn’t sure if I was going to let him back on my books once I was healed and, to be honest, I was mad at him! I went to the barn on crutches and I swear he apologized to me… I was invited to look in the mirror. I owed him an apology and a promise to not give up on him, rush him or claim he was damaged goods. He broke me physically but he also stripped my ego down to the bone and taught me more than any horse I’ve ever met. Jojo had some major trust issues and baggage from others trying to “break” him- making him reactive, defensive and untrusting of anyone but his person (Hannah!). Part of my promise was to earn his respect, trust, and love while keeping his spirit in tact. A promise kept, some tears shed, a ton of time and patience and some biiigggg lessons later- we’re riding the wildling! I’m so proud of this lil dude, and his Hannah! He is steadily making it to be one of my all time favorites and it’s been an honor to be apart of his healing, retrusting, and training. 💜 He has made it to MoonRise for full training and I cannot wait to see how he progresses now that the foundation is solid and the trust is there. Thanks for trusting me with your heart, Hannah! by @moonriseeq

The most special session I’ve been apart of yet. 💖 The first time Hannah got on my table, Jojo wanted nothing to do with us. He stayed as far away from us as he could and kept his butt facing us. He was stuck like glue today and actively chose to be with us. 🥹🥰 #mustang #babywildling #equinereikihealing taken in Warhorse Legacy Foundation, Inc. by @moonriseeq

Life around the barn has been pretty sweet lately 💕 we’ve got some new training horses in, lessons are going full speed ahead and reiki love is being shared! Anyone else have a barn kitty that asks to get on with their friends? 🥰 #nwaequestrian #horsegirl #horsegirlenergy #springhassprung #pinchme taken in MoonRise Equestrian by @moonriseeq
