Moonstone Mama — My Story

My path into this work was not just a calling—it was something I lived through, deeply.

I have walked through the shadows of postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and postpartum psychosis. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in a time that is meant to be filled with joy. I know the silence, the confusion, and the longing to feel held, understood, and safe.

Before that, I experienced the profound loss of my first child—a pregnancy I had to medically terminate at 29 weeks. That moment changed me forever. It opened a depth of grief and love that words can never fully capture.

These experiences broke me open… but they also awakened something within me.

They taught me that mothers don’t just need care—they need to be seen, held, and supported in their most vulnerable moments, without judgment. They need someone who understands that healing is not linear, and that every story is sacred.

This is why I created Moonstone Mama.

My work is rooted in compassion, lived experience, and a deep commitment to supporting mothers through postpartum, loss, and transformation. I walk beside you not only as a trained doula, but as someone who has been there—who understands the depth, the darkness, and the light that can emerge from it.

You are not alone in your journey.

🌿 Moonstone Mama Care is hosting an afternoon of healing, support, and gentle reconnection for mothers in their birth and postpartum journey.

This workshop is designed to hold compassionate space for you as you navigate the emotional, mental, and physical transitions of early motherhood.

✨ You’ll be guided through a therapeutic art experience created to calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve attention, softness, and care.
No artistic experience needed—just come as you are.

Whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with a newborn, birth and postpartum doulas provide emotional support, evidence-based guidance, hands-on help, and a grounded presence during a very tender season.

Our doulas will be onsite to offer baby-care demonstrations so you can enjoy the workshop with confidence and ease.
