Making Football Great Again!!

(Executive Order on College Sports)
• Limits how much student-athletes can be paid
• Establishes a 5-year eligibility window for NCAA athletes
• Restricts athletes to one transfer within a 5-year period
• Pushes schools to prioritize women’s and Olympic sports, regardless of revenue
• Urges Congress to pass legislation (e.g., SCORE Act)
• Threatens loss of federal funding for schools that don’t comply

Key Points of Interest (Strategic Takeaways)

1. Centralization of Control
• This attempts to standardize and regulate what has been a rapidly evolving NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) landscape.
• Signals a shift toward federal oversight vs. fragmented state/NCAA rules.

2. Financial Cap Implications
• Limiting athlete compensation could:
• Reduce bidding wars between schools
• Potentially push talent toward alternative leagues or endorsements outside NCAA structures

3. Transfer Restriction Impact
• One-transfer rule reduces player mobility
• Likely strengthens program stability but weakens athlete leverage

4. Title IX / Olympic Sports Emphasis
• Prioritizing non-revenue sports reallocates resources away from football/basketball
• Could create tension for large athletic programs dependent on revenue sports

5. Federal Leverage via Funding
• The biggest enforcement mechanism:
• Schools risk losing federal funding → strong compliance pressure
• This is the real “teeth” of the order

6. Legislative Dependency
• Calls on Congress indicate this isn’t fully self-executing
• Outcome depends heavily on whether laws like the SCORE Act by @moonwalk_party

Anyone around that can 3D print a version of this, can be solid in color. Would like it to be flexible or survive a drop maybe. Tired of buying these expensive cheaply made acrylic domes!!! Will need a couple or 3 of them. DM if you can help.
The dimensions are 21 -22 base by maybe 18-22 tall it’s a Cotton Candy Dome .. by @moonwalk_party

1988.
When washing your bike wasn’t a chore… it was the plan for the afternoon.

Five o’clock sun hanging low. A bucket full of soapy water. A green garden hose stretched across the yard. Towels thrown in the grass. And lined up like trophies — Mongoose, Diamondback, Redline, Blue Max, GT, Hutch.

Chrome shining. White mags glowing. Fresh grips. Maybe you flipped the bars upside down just because you could.

Nobody had anywhere to be. No phones. No schedules. Just the whole neighborhood showing up when they heard the water running.

We weren’t cleaning bikes.
We were polishing freedom. by @moonwalk_party
