필로우랜드를 만나고
수안이를 연기할 수 있었던 건,
돌이켜볼수록 참 큰 행운이었습니다.

수안의 숨을 세상에 처음으로 내뱉게 한 배우가
저였다는 그 사실이 저에게는 너무나 큰 영광이었고,
오래도록 잊지 못할 것 같습니다.

필로우랜드를 세상에 나오게 해준 하은 작가님,
그리고 그 인물이 무대 위에서
온전히 살아 숨 쉴 수 있도록
함께해주신 유진 연출님께
마음 깊이, 무한한 감사의 말씀을 전하고 싶습니다.

필로우랜드를 지나오는 동안
저는 배우로서, 또 한 사람으로서
조금 더 깊어지고 한 걸음 더 나아갈 수 있었습니다.

무더운 날씨에도 먼 걸음 해주시고,
가까이에서 혹은 멀리에서
수안이와 저를 응원해주신 모든 분들께도
진심으로 감사드립니다.

보내주신 따뜻한 마음 하나하나가
수안으로 숨 쉬는 저에게 큰 힘이 되었습니다.

이번 여름 최선을 다해 수안으로 숨 쉬려고 했습니다.
수안이를 많이 아끼고 사랑한만큼
막상 보내주려니 아쉬운 마음도 참 큰 것 같습니다.

이 아쉬운 마음을 담아 언젠가 다시 만날 수 있기를..!
다음을 조심스럽게 기약해봅니다.

저의 배우 인생에서
오래도록 잊지 못할 작품이 되어준 필로우랜드.

수안의 처음을 함께할 수 있어서,
수안으로 살아볼 수 있어서 정말 행복했습니다.

함께해주신 모든 분들께 진심으로 감사합니다.

Looking back, meeting Pillow Land and having the chance to play Sooan was truly such a great blessing.

The fact that I was the actor who first gave Sooan breath and brought her into the world is an immense honor to me, and I don’t think I will ever forget it.

To Ha-eun, the writer who brought Pillow Land into the world,
and to Yoo-jin, the director who worked alongside us
so that this character could fully come alive and breathe on stage,
I want to express my deepest and endless gratitude.

Throughout my journey with Pillow Land,
I was able to grow a little deeper and take another step forward,
both as an actor and as a person.

To everyone who came from near and far despite the sweltering weather,
and to everyone who supported Sooan and me,
whether from close by or from afar,
thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Every bit of warmth you sent my way
became a great source of strength for me as I breathed as Sooan.

This summer, I did my very best to breathe as Sooan.
Because I cared for and loved Sooan so deeply,
I find myself feeling especially sad now that it is time to let her go.

With all of this bittersweet longing in my heart,
I hope that someday we can meet again..!
I cautiously dare to look forward to our next meeting.

Pillow Land,
the work that will remain unforgettable throughout my life as an actor.

I was truly happy to be there for Sooan’s very beginning,
and to have the chance to live as Sooan.
