Holding on to those end-of-summer feelings. ☀️☕🫎

Last weekend, the Moose went out into the streets of Lille for the legendary Braderie de Lille.

Good coffee, busy streets and a little milk steaming in the late-summer sun with @superista.fr, right in front of @bienc-venue_coffeeshop.

Not a bad way to say à bientôt to summer. 🇫🇷🤎

⌛ The morning rush is relentless, indifferent to experience....

What starts as 8 orders can quickly escalate to 20. Preferences vary someone requests oat milk, while another wants their drink extra hot. Time is of the essence, with customers glancing at their watches. ⏱️

In these moments, maintaining consistency becomes a challenge. It's not due to a lack of skill among baristas, but rather the reality of being human. Interruptions, multitasking, and high-pressure situations are part of the daily grind.

That's why consistency should not hinge on having a perfect day. At Perfect Moose, we believe that exceptional coffee experiences comes from people. Technology plays a supportive role, ensuring that the milk is as reliable as the baristas.

💡 Customers remember their coffee, even amidst the morning chaos.
