YALLL BETTER RUNNNN because this food truck passed all the vibe checks!🤣🔥🔥 The flavors and menu options were insane and I can’t wait to go back and try more!😍🙌

The menu rotates weekly however you can choose what sauce you want on your selected items! We tried the secret sauce & kusisi sauce and I recommend both!! The kusisi is a lil spicy but not too bad🤣

So go checkout @mopscentral in Waipahu and get some late night munchies! You won’t regret it🥰

Make sure you bring your pills before coming to @mopscentral or else you going be limping all day and calling out of work 😂

The fried chicken was my favorite there and I think sauce on the side would’ve been perfect for dip em in.

Truck is open late too, so definitely something to grab after a sesh 💨

🍟MUST-TRY LATE-NIGHT FOOD TRUCK ON OAHU

This late-night food truck is worth the drive to Waipahu.

@mopscentral is open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tuesdays-Fridays. The biz specializes in comfort food like pork chops, loco mocos, fried chicken and more. All dishes feature family recipes.

🍳The “MOPS Mokos” are the some of the bestsellers and this twist on Loco Mocos feature housemade meatballs. Choose from popular sauces like 94 Yaki (teriyaki), garlic parmesan, garlic butter and more. The meatballs are inspired by Miki’s in Pearl City.

🍟Other popular dishes include pork chops and Mum Mum fries, which are loaded fries with eggs and a secret homemade sauce.

🐟Check out the featured specials. This past week, we got to try the poke nachos made with spicy ahi and wonton chips.
