Important updates for our Mora Community We’ve been listening to your feedback and taking a closer look at our policies and schedule. We’re making some thoughtful adjustments to support fuller classes, reduce cancellations, and create more consistency for students and instructors. CANCELLATION POLICY • EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2026 Regular classes and workshops will have a 12-hour cancellation window. Please cancel at least 12 hours before your booking’s start time. • Late cancellation: $15 fee for canceling less than 12 hours before the start time. • No-show: $25 fee for missing your booking without canceling. Fees apply regardless of how you booked, including memberships, class packs, and drop-ins. In addition to the applicable fee, the pass, credit, or drop-in used to book will be forfeited. A LITTLE GRACE WHEN LIFE HAPPENS Each student may request one courtesy fee waiver every three months for a late cancellation or no-show. Email the studio to request it. The fee will be waived, but the pass, credit, or drop-in will remain forfeited. Waivers do not accumulate or carry over. All other policies remain unchanged. UPCOMING SCHEDULE CHANGES Over the coming weeks, we’ll gradually adjust our weekly schedule, including moving weeknight class start times to 6:00 and 7:30 PM. We know 5 PM can be a rush and 8 PM can make for a late evening. We hope these new times make joining us a little easier! We’re also adjusting other parts of the schedule to better reflect demand and help classes grow and run consistently. Please check the live schedule when booking as changes roll out. Thank you for your feedback, patience, and everything you bring to Mora. Questions? Please email the studio. by @morapoleandaerial

November is going to be a heavy month for me: closing Portland P+D feels like the end of a joyful era and while im really proud of the community we’ve built there, closing still feels like a bit of a failure. 🙈 It’s also filled with so much good: celebrating Day of the Dead in Oaxaca, celebrating my gorgeous boyfriend’s latest trip around the sun, and hosting teacher trainings with instructor teams @beavertonpoleanddance @sfpoleanddance and @morapoleandaerial. It’s amazing how grief and joy can coexist, like an overcast day of sun and fog. Please come find me in class for hugs and movement 🫂 Also loving this little spec sheet of my PSO Northwest routine images! Full video of my Devil Wears Prada routine coming soon. I can’t wait to share it! 😍💁🏼‍♀️ 🍂🍁November Teaching Schedule 🦃🥬 (2 teacher trainings still have spots! 👇) 📍 @sfpoleanddance 💈Pole L4 (Adv): Thurs 11/5 + 11/12 @ 7:30am 👠Heels Edgework (Beg): Sat 11/7 @ 11:20am 👩‍🏫L3 Teacher Training: Sundays @ 2pm (spots still available!) 📍 @oaklandpoleanddance 💃Low Flow Tricks and Transitions (Adv): Wed 11/11 @ 5:45pm 📍 @beavertonpoleanddance Advanced Spotting Clinic for Instructors: Thurs 11/12 @ 8:15pm 📍 Virtual 💰Finances for Pole Dancers: Talking About $$$: Sat 11/21 @ 3:30pm 📍 Guest Teaching @morapoleandaerial 👠Fluid and Gooey Heels Technique: Fri 11/13 @ 6:30pm 👠Heels Teacher Training: 11/13 - 11/15 (spots still available!) by @morapoleandaerial

Still time to grab your tickets! Link in bio! Step into The Masquerade, Mora Pole & Aerial’s annual fall showcase, for an evening of mystery, elegance, artistry, and unforgettable performances. Inspired by the beauty and intrigue of a masquerade ball, this year’s showcase brings together pole and aerial performances created and performed by members of the Mora community. Each performer has been invited to make the theme their own, transforming movement into storytelling through interpretations that may be glamorous, whimsical, dramatic, enchanting, mysterious, romantic, dark, sensual, and everything in between. At Mora, our showcases aren’t about perfection. They’re about expression, creativity, courage, and celebrating the incredible artistry within our community. The Masquerade is an opportunity for our performers to step onto the stage, share a piece of themselves, and bring their own unique vision to life. Come cheer them on, celebrate their hard work, and experience the magic that happens when movement and storytelling meet. by @morapoleandaerial
