Pumpkin pie season just got a little sweeter. 🎃🍪

Meet the newest addition to the MOR Cookie Co. fall menu — our Pumpkin Pie Cookie.

A thick, buttery brown-butter cookie crust filled with silky pumpkin custard and all the warm spices you love from a classic pumpkin pie. Finished with a delicate pumpkin-seed sugar dusting for a little nuttiness and crunch.

Basically… everything you love about pumpkin pie, tucked into a cookie. 🤎

And yes, it’s every bit as cozy as it sounds. 🍂

Okay… I think I finally got it. 🍎🍂

After testing this Apple Crumble Cookie a few different ways, I think this is the one.

I wanted the apple pie flavor to really shine, so the apple and cinnamon are front and center. The homemade salted caramel sauce adds just enough sweetness to complement the apples without taking over.

And that buttery crumble on top? It brings the whole thing together.

Warm apple. Cinnamon. Salted caramel. Crumble.

It’s basically fall in a cookie. 🤎🍎

This one might just be my favorite fall creation yet.
